Good location, nice staffs Restaurant in hotel is good

今次共住六晚，有家的感覺。工作人員很友善，酒店包早餐，餐廳的待應特別友善特別是－位來自巴西的女待應。酒店另一家餐廳Diana Place 租客可以八折優惠，值得推介！

Great location near to the train station and friendly staffs!

員工親切。飯店設施與陽台，早餐品質皆佳。電梯小與速度慢，等待時間過久是缺點。

除了排水設計怪怪的以外其他都很棒，但這次旅行有住過的飯店九成是一樣的設計，可能是文化的差異吧。

Good location, near the termini station Staff provided me with good choices of restaurants nearby, Got free upgrade to junior suite as Expedia gold member; Smart phone provided with free local calls and internet is very useful! Rooftop has excellent view, must see! The breakfast is excellent!

Breakfast can have more varieties. The only lift is small and slow, need to walk up 7 floors to breakfast room if you are staying at 1/F.

於火車站最右邊出口出來再走5-10分鐘就到。我們被免費升了3等，入住junior suite. 有多款枕頭可供選擇，雪櫃飲品免費，酒除外，很貼心。 沖涼水壓很強，好舒服。 Cons 早餐選擇不多。果汁不是鮮榨。

Our room was quite nice and very comfortable with AC for relief from the summer heat! The rooftop restaurant is nice and there are many other nearby convenient dining options. The location is very central, a very short walk from Termini station which connects you to most locations. There is also a bus station outside the hotel. We often walked in to see many of the historical sites, which are also accessible by foot. Rome has no shortage of things to do, and this hotel puts you in a great location to get to it all easily!

Excellent location near the Termini station, clean and ventilated rooms and attentive and friendly staff. Although the breakfast venue, the rooftop, was excellent. The food could need a step up. All in all, highly recommended!

Friendly staff, good breakfast options and close to the central station - just a walk away. 30-35 mins walkig distance from all main attractions.

Staff/mgmt super inflexible. Rooms marginal. Cramped. Dark inside and out. Seedy block. Booked on expedia, overpriced for what it is.

Beautiful well maintained hotel conveniently located

Really nice hotel very close to Roma Termini. We had to catch an early train in the morning so it was very convenient. Nice bar in the roof terrace

The hotel is spotless. We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip touring Italy. 30 Min uber to airport and train station is within sight of the hotel. Great rooftop bar and breakfast area.
