L'hôtel est tres beau, propre, bien placé. Par contre l'accueil une premiere fois parcune jeune fille tres bien . Mais lors du check in, la dame a l'accueil beaucoup moins bien. Dommage , tout le mondecke sait l'accueil donne le premier ressenti.

Great Staff! We loved our stay.

Perfect location, just steps from Olbia’s city center and the main street for restaurants, bars, and shopping. However, the hotel did not quite meet our expectations: the welcome was not very warm (we had to wait 10 minutes at reception and no apology was offered upon arrival), the breakfast staff was generally not very friendly. The room was fine with a comfortable bed, but very dark — insufficient lighting, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast was of good quality. We did not try the spa.

chambre décevante par rapport à ce qu’on attend d’un 4 étoiles : fenêtre de la salle bain condamnée car donnant sur la salle de sport, cheveux partout au sol, traces d’humidité au plafond et taches de saleté sur la chasse d’eau et le bac à douche. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et digne d’un 4 étoile.

Um bom apartamento e banheiro, atendimento formal e ao solicitar verificação de um item esquecido e solicitar por 2 dias seguidos, após ter ido ao local e pedir que me ligassem, disseram não o ider fazer nada. Aí o atendido se mostrou pessimo.

This was unexpected beautiful room! Loved this hotel and room so much! Exceeded my expectations. Was spacious, great vibe, calm, felt authentic.

Bokade hotellet som en fin avslutning på vår resa till Sardinien och det var precis vad vi behövde. Boendet ligger central med kort avstånd till restauranger och huvudgatan i stan. Oblia i sig är ingen stad som man ska lägga en heldag i. Men den ligger nära många stränder som det är enkelt att ta sig till för dagsutflykter. Det är inte något stort spa, men var väl värt pengarna som en sista aktivitet på resan. Boendet har några parkeringsplatser som man bör boka i förväg, annars finns parkerkgnsplatser alldeles i närheten.

10:00 am check out time was too early. Bed was comfortable, nice shower but the smart room was just too cramped. Also, hallways outside the hotel room were echoey and extremely noisy. Fellow guests woke us up several times by rolling their luggage down the hall or even just closing doors.

Eine sehr familiäre und einladende Unterkunft! Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, geschmackvoll und neu renoviert. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Auch die Architektur des Hauses ist besonders und verleiht der Unterkunft ein ganz eigenes Flair. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: liebevoll zubereitet, mit viel Auswahl und gut organisiert. Hier startet man gerne in den Tag. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, und eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. In etwa 10 Minuten erreicht man den Flughafen, mit regelmäßigen Verbindungen alle 20 Minuten. Insgesamt eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft mit viel Herz. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolles Hotel sehr zentral im Zentrum von Olbia gelegen. Jeder war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren in Gut und man hatte genug Platz. Das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr lecker. Mit vorheriger Reservierung ist die Buchung eines Parkplatzes möglich. Würden wieder kommen.

L’hôtel est bien mais le parking est payant, le spa aussi et le petit déjeuner est dans un autre bâtiment.

Super friendly staff, really nice breakfast and at the heart of Olbia. We would stay there again!

This hotel felt more like a one or two star property and definitely not worth the price It is very old and only offers the basics an old bed and outdated AC Everything else reminded me of a cheap Motel 6 in the US There is no 24 hour reception which became a serious issue I had an early flight and the front door was locked I almost had to force it open to leave The receptionist showed zero sense of customer service When my wife asked about breakfast she was told it starts at 7am Since we were checking out early the receptionist insisted we pay in advance I agreed but then at almost midnight when I was already in bed for a 5am wake up she called the room saying the card was declined even though I had a confirmation on my app I asked to pay in the morning but she insisted it had to be right then She ran the card again and charged an extra 10 euros by mistake I had to go downstairs to fix it She refunded and charged the correct amount but the whole situation was a mess and felt completely disrespectful as a guest The room had spiders and ants The spa costs 25 euros per hour I tried the sauna but it was not even hot and the jacuzzi water was cold What a joke I would never come back here and I strongly suggest you avoid this place if you want a decent stay
