When house cleaning cleaned my room I came back and the door wasn’t shut all the way. So if someone wanted they could have came in my room. This is a big safety concern for me. But other than that front staff was great. Location was perfect. I didn’t pay for breakfast so I don’t know how that was room was small, but it was perfect for one person.

The staff was nice, although they never brought me my breakfast. Not a huge deal. Room was pretty clean. My only real complaint is the toilet running. Excuse me are you in this one of the red car? I just want to rinse off my car so maybe yeah I don’t know.

Telefon, lava pes, lampada do espelho, cortinas da noite tudo avariado, os sofas da receoçao lastimaveis rotos Tivemos de comer o peq almoço no regaço, nao havia mesa nem espaço no tabuleiro de serviço. Nao tinha pao. So um croassant nao fresco e uma fatia de pao forma. Pedi um cobertor pk tive frio denoite nao teem. Tivemos de tomar banho em agua fria. Pessoal simpatico mas sem condiçoes de poderem trabalhar Nai aconcelho a ninguem

Room was in the Annex building which is a short walk away from the main check in building in an alley right off the main street. Upon entering the building you walk up a spiral staircase and are escorted to your room. Our room was nice and very convenient for the late booking we had made just days before. I would recommend for a convenient stay near the Trevi Fountain and a quick walk to other monuments within the area. I would recommend this stay if there are no competitively priced hotels around the area.

We stayed in the Annex which supposed to have updated rooms. Well the rooms were deplorable, the Annex felt like we were housed in a dirty, unkept abandoned building. The carpets were dusty, everything showed evidence of water damage (rust, mold...). There was bags of dirty and clean laundry in the hallways. If we had the time we would have moved. Indeed on arrival I asked for a change in room and was told the manager was not in and I would hear back the next day. You can guess that we did not hear back and was suck in pretty awful logging. Worst hotel EVER !!!! I recommend anywhere BUT Trevi 41.

The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to suggestions from the staff we had some great dinners! The location was ideally located near the Trevi fountain and many other sites. we would definitely stay here again.

We were staying in the annex property and it was not to same level as main hotel - entrance was in an alley not overly inviting and inside door was kinda run down and appeared to be a storage area - rooms themselves were very clean and comfortable - location was great (around corner from Trevi fountain)
