The room was small but perfect for two adults! Seems to be family owned, and although there is no view of the ocean from the room/balcony there is only a small walk there. Really enjoyed our stay and the service was minimal but sufficient. Overall great!

This is not ideal place to stay for me. There are 2 things that I don't like. One is the room is hard to find and I had to carry my luggage walking some upstairs in a narrow street. There is no reception and no communication ahead for how to check in. The good thing is the contact information posted on the door. I contacted the owner who responded quickly.

Right next to the Plaza which has vantastic views and services.

The stay was great for what we needed; it was quiet, from the outside noise, however, you could hear the guests next door. So depended on the guests staying. When we arrived, their was unclean glasses and a hair in our glass in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and check-in process was smooth once you got the code the moment of, he was reachable via WhatsApp. Overall a good stay and was good for our 3-night stay

We were initially placed in a small 10 x 10 room that had zero daylight and limited space and accommodations. The twin bed was a dog bed and I refuse to allow my daughter to sleep on it. For an additional 160 we were moved into a larger place which was better. the owners speaks zero English and are very rude. The town is wonderful. The rooftop restaurant attached to the complex the apartment is in is wonderful. If it wasn’t for the rest of the community and the nice people in that village, I’m not sure vacation would’ve been successful based on their very unfriendly demeanor. I also spent a good portion of the day trying to get cash for her because she refused to take a card to pay the balance of the room.

You can feel the soul of Cinque Terre here. The property is beautifully kept, with thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home. It's the perfect spot to relax, soak in the scenery, and enjoy the charm of the village. We didn’t want to leave — can’t wait to come back!

The price of the room is high for what you get but the price reflects the great location in town and proximity to the train station. Everything worked well. We even had steps down into our room and up into the bathroom. So no worries you will certainly get your steps in during your stay.

Great Location close to waterfront and on main walkway. One flight of stairs but room fantastic with of plenty of room! Good food options close to room, about a 5 minute way from train!

Dingy. Check-in was unnecessarily challenging. Should say upfront that you need to find a random door in the square to buzz a guy to enter a garage to walk you up to the room. Shabby

PROS: Great location, near train station, not too many steps up. Very convenient the private parking in La Spezia (the public parking at the La Spezia train station gets full by mid-morning). Clean, comfortable apartment. Staff responsive via phone, gave great advice on restaurant and baggage storage. CONS: the only window gives on to an adjacent wall. Staff not responsive to Expedia messages. Micro bathroom. Don't let the check-in guy break your passport to take a picture of it!

The check-in was a bit confusing and I had to contact the owner myself coz there is no reception at the given address. The AC was also not working at all. Good the weather wasn't so warm. Otherwise the room is very comfy.

the room was pretty tight but the area was great.

The place was great, clean, spacious, and everything worked. The location was close to an exit so it didnt require you to take too many stairs and the exit lead you to the train. Yes you can hear the train and the view was of the wall but honestly not bad at all since didnt soend much time there anyways

Beautiful room in a stunning locale.

Location was amazing, we upgraded to the ocean view apartment . Well worth it. Apartment was very tidy clean and fresh. We had kitchen with utensils like plates etc but no actual cooking gear, bit strange. But many local restaurants nearby. Vernazza is the jewel of cinque terra
