Very nice niew and location. Ideal short walk to town. Away from touristy area

The service was excellent and my room was maintained and kept clean and tidy. The hotel is older and showing its age, that being said it was extremely clean and well maintained.

The staff were so helpful and the property and location were amazing

Bathroom needs updates.

Hotellet er eldre og veldig sjarmerende. Det er som å komme flere tiår tilbake. Men rommene var rene og alt var helt og pent. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

Great place to stay for a solo traveler. The rooms were very clean and just enough space for one. Great location, in walking distance to everything. They give you a free bus pass and ticket to the pool. The breakfast was good and they also serve dinner for a few.

The hospitality, location, and views are outstanding here. The reception and breakfast hosts are friendly, kind, warm, and so helpful. We learned much from them that enhanced our stay. The hotel could use a refreshing cosmetically, especially in the top-floor bathroom we had. It had the amenities of a 3-star hotel, but water pressure and hot water reserves could be better. We do not visit places to stay in rooms but do pay for comfort when we need it. Still, the views and proximity to gondola and funicular lifts make the location outstanding! We loved our stay here overall.

Enjoyed this property, even with a 0.75 mile walk to get there from where the bus dropped us off, not a problem and it was near enough to restaurants, plus they serve dinner. Staff were very friendly, and they gave us Sud Triol bus passes that got us free rides in the area for 7 days, very nice!

Extraordinario

Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Mein Einzelzimmer war schon sehr klein - für kurze Aufenthalte ok, für länger eher nichts.. ist schon eher teuer, aber das scheint mir in dieser Gegend einfach so zu sein. Abendessen wird mit Menuauswahl offeriert. Habe zwei Mal dort gegessen, einmal war super, einmal ganz oke. Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar klein, bietet aber eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Die Dame, die das Hotel leitet ist sehr freundlich.

Loved this friendly old timey hotel, with great in house breakfasts and dinners. Yes, you can stay at a newer fancier place that also costs more, but if you like local charm, you will love this place and its very friendly staff. Rooms and the dining room have beautiful views up the valley.

the breakfast could be better

Hi, I was very disappointed with the standard of the hotel, it is more like an bed and breakfast/ hostel standard. I got the smallest room, hardly space for a suitcase, old bed,carpet on floor,old bathroom, cheap standard. I paid almost 700 Euro for 4 nights.... I would say this is not an 3 star hotel. Only thing that was positive about the stay was the food. Very good!
