Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Anlage sehr aufgeräumt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und auch beim Frühstück alles perfekt. Parkfläche auch für etwas größer Transporter geräumig. Sehr gutes WLAN, alles in allem kann ich es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. September 2025 Frank

If you book via a platform, it is highly possible you will receive a room on the main busy road, as we did. When asked if we could change, reception said they were still waiting for guests who had booked with them directly and did not want to upset them. If you like to go out and sleep late on vacation, expect very chatty cleaning lady to wake you up and keep you awake in the morning as they chat across the hall outside the rooms. Not a bad place but you would expect better for the price paid

A 15-20 min walk to the beach. Good AC. Clean,but not very charming rooms. Nice breakfast. Very helpful staff fixed breakfast for us to bring as we left on an early train!

My hotel room was excellent. The buffet breakfast was generous. The only problem was that it was only available from 8am, not earlier. So, if you had to leave earlier, then you would miss it. The main thing I did not like about this hotel was that you had to check-in before 8pm. This is not normal practice. Hotels usually have somebody on Reception until much, much later at night or offer some alternative method of gaining entry. I suspected that I might have transport delays which would prevent me from reaching the hotel before 8pm. I emailed the hotel the day before my arrival to find out what I was supposed to do if I arrived after 8pm? I was informed that I would have to go to a restaurant owned by the hotel to gain access - a considerable walk from the actual hotel. Frankly, this is not acceptable. I had had a long journey, travelling all day. The hotel did not give me any instructions about how to reach it - no information such as was there a bus that I could catch from near the station? NOTHING! The sign for the hotel was not visible because it was concealed by the foliage from a large tree. As I result, I walked right past it! I had to go into a restaurant to get help finding it! A sign on the gate would certainly help! I think they should employ somebody to cover Reception in the evening beyond 8pm. I arrived circa 8.20pm, exhausted. Luckily for me, the elderly couple who cover Reception - family members, I think - had not yet left! But it was a near thing! 😡

La camera ok, nulla di eccezionale ma corrisponde alla descrizione ed al pagato. Peccato che la proprietaria (o chi per essa) sia stata ampiamente maleducata e priva di qualsiasi senso logico, accusandoci di aver suonato un campanello alle sei di mattina, per poi darci dei “maleducati e disgraziati” in nostra assenza ma dicendolo ad alcuni nostri amici. La posizione non é eccezionale, quantomeno c’è il parcheggio interno. Il check-in all’arrivo é stato gestito da un bambino di circa anni 14, una esperienza quantomeno particolare. Sinceramente non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura, soprattutto per via della proprietaria, a causa delle sue affermazioni mendaci e della sua maleducazione.

Great wifi, excellent location for a Beach holiday, the hosts were amazing. The room was very clean!

Rent og pent, med god beliggenhet med buss stopp på andre siden av gaten og innelåst parkering. Bra service av vertskapet, med tips om restaurant og hvor man burde leie solseng. Det er aircondition, men kjøler til ca 25 grader når vi var der. Da var det over 30 ute. Ikke kjempestor frokost buffet, men det som trengs. Alt i alt et lite og trivelig overnattingssted, med det meste innen gang avstand.

Veldig rent og fine rom. God kaffe til frokost. Air condition fungerte ikke særlig godt. Det blåste kald luft, men det kjølte ikke ned rommet.

Great staff

Kedelig morgenmad. Kom du som en af de sidste, blev der ikke fyldt op med hverken brød eller drikkelse. Sengene var meget hårde, og puderne var meget hårde og tynde pyntepuder. Ingen stole at sidde på, på værelset. Meget venlig vært.

Beautiful garden surrounds, great people, breakfast delicious and spotless clean. Would recommend for sure.

Ho soggiornato lì una notte. Posto incantevole, tenuto benissimo quasi in maniera maniacale. Posti auto a disposizione e gratuiti. Accesso alla struttura e alle camere tutto automatizzato. La camera (una tripla) pulitissima con frigo bar accessoriato nella norma. Bagno perfetto. Doccia perfetta, uniche due pecche del soggiorno, la camera un po’ datata e la colazione non eccezionale. Ma un hotel che sicuramente non merita 3 stelle.

Ottima scoperta per visitare Viareggio e il suo fantastico carnevale . Villa Rosy è perfetta per chi viaggia in auto e soprattutto con la famiglia … spazi ampi e ben organizzati. Complimenti a tutto lo staf
