维奥拉皇宫酒店

Unable to stay at this place. It did not like a hotel. It looked like a haunted house. Empty, dirty, and no staff. It is surprising that Expedia has this on the list of hotels to stay in. No air condition for the past 3 years and we found out about it when we got there. The whole building has no a.c.

Hôtel a côté d'une rue très passante. Une seul personne a gérer l'accueil et l'hôtel, personnel débordé. La climatisation était en panne, 30 degré dans la chambre. Nous avons ouvert la fenêtre, malheureusement les bruits de la route était insupportable. De plus pas d'eau chaude dans la douche Le matin pour le petit déjeuner, celui ci n'était pas prêt ! Le monsieur de l'accueil nous a donné un ticket pour aller dans un bar a 100 mètres, prendre un café et une brioche...

Come da titolo, l'hotel si trova a pochi centinaia di metri dallo svincolo autostradale per cui comodo per raggiungere Messina e visitare la costa. Si presente in buone condizioni tutto sommato anche se l'aria condizionata purtroppo non funzionava. La camera è abbastanza ampia e soprattutto pulita, bagno compreso. Ottimo il parcheggio all'interno dell'hotel. Colazione a mio avviso da migliorare in generale. Da segnalare la cortesia e gentilezza del personale preposto al servizio.

Abbiamo soggiornato il 28 giugno per una sola notte. Nella camera faceva molto caldo a causa di un problema tecnico all'aria condizionata che era assente. Questo ci ha causato forti disagi durante la notte. Da parte della direzione abbiamo ricevuto solo scuse e nient'altro

Mi dispiace dare giudizi negativi, ma spero siano motivo di miglioramento per chi si occupa della struttura.Camera molto molto sporca, nel bagno ho trovato peli e barba rasata degli ospiti precedenti! Vergognoso. Lenzuola non stirate. Moquette dei corridoi in condizioni pietose. Da un 4 stelle pagato quasi 80€ per una notte per una sola persona mi aspetto molto di piu.

La disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale è uno dei pochi punti a favore. Per il resto, l’hotel non è all’altezza delle 4 stelle (quasi sufficiente per 3 stelle…). Purtroppo, nel sito e nei vari canali social di promozione dell’hotel è inclusa la descrizione del ristorante interno (inclusa la pubblicazione del menu), ma questo servizio è attualmente non attivo. Esperienza da non ripetere :(

Hotel molto carino, unica pecca che nella vasca da bagno non ci sia neanche un gancio x tenersi, si rischia di scivolare mentre si fa la doccia. X il resto tutto ok

Per raggiungere l'hotel è molto semplice e ci sono diversi autobus per spostarsi nelle località limitrofi. Si trova a pochi metri dal mare e nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati, caffetterie e ristoranti. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Comodo il parcheggio . Bella la panoramica dalla camera da letto. Sono stata contenta. Grazie!

Bene ma non benissimo

Checkin was great reception friendly and helpful Room seemed ok at first. Old fashioned but functional. However on going to bed putting the air conditioner on the noise was terrible. Could not get wifi to work tried to call reception the phone did not work. So no sleep no wifi and broken phone. The next morning on check out reported to reception response was why didn’t you check when you first went to the room if you had we would have offered another room. Told WiFi is only in common areas! I found the fact they expect the paying guest to check the room odd I have never gone into a hotel room with a check list before and never will these thing should be checked by housekeepers not the guest. Should we have gone to the night reception and complained yes but we were already changed when we discovered the problems. As for this being a four star hotel I hear stayed in better 2 or 3 stars this is no way a 4 star. This hotel should be removed from your site as I feel it is mis- represented Even the bed sheets had holes in it

Me sorprendió favorablemente el hotel ya que a pesar de que se nota su edad, en términos generales se encuentra bien mantenido. Las camas son cómodas y la habitación es de buen tamaño. Le vendría bien un cambio en los tendidos de cama por unos mas actualizados aunque los que tienen están en buen estado. Así mismo el TV es demasiado pequeño y se le notan los años. El desayuno me pareció muy variado y completo además de que el personal que atiende es muy amable y servicial. A pesar de estar al lado de una autopista, la insonorización es buena hasta el punto de que no es un factor que genere incomodidad por ruido externo.

The bathroom was dirty, at the bottom of the shower door was very dirty, you could see that no one took the time to clean it. The people at the front desk, specially a young guy had no patience.

Posto tranquillo, curato e molto accogliente. Personale gentilissimo. Colazione fantastica. Camere belle e pulite.

Fint ställe att bo. Semesterboende för all inclusiv liksom. Incheckning/ utcheckning var inte smidigt tyvärr

Posizione strategica, la nostra camera con vista mare spaziosa e silenziosa. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto pagare il parcheggio che non ci è stato detto che fosse a pagamento.
