The food at the restaurant was outstanding. The extra blankets were the softest i’ve had in all of europe and the first comfy bed we encountered. Amazing A/C. The staff is there for every need.

Nothing was too much trouble - the reception staff were excellent and always willing to recommend how to best get the most out of our time there. The shuttle service to the metro and free underground parking were also very useful 👍 I would certainly recommend staying here.

Great hotel in the EUR neighborhood with rooftop bar and restaurant, and a lot of freebies, including breakfast buffet, shuttle on call to subway station, underground parking, and ev vehicle charging.

Hotel and staff were amazing! I would definitely stay again! There is a free shuttle to the metro, which was very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is not in the nicest of areas but for a city stay and a shuttle to Metro it is very ideal, just not a place to explore the local area. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Rooms are spacious. Big praise on the cleanliness of rooms and the whole property, spotless. There is not much in the area around the hotel but they have a shuttle service to the metro station for those wanting to travel to city centre. Breakfast was good value.

quite noisy from unknown electronic devices. Noisy guests from neighbouring room produce significant amount of noise from 5:45ish and the room doesn’t have good noise cancelling function. Friendly staff!

Mi è piaciuto dormire perché la stanza era silenziosa. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più dalla colazione. Il contesto urbano in cui è inserito l'hotel è brutto, di buono c'è il parcheggio in garage chiuso compreso nel prezzo.

ottimo albergo a 4 stelle con tutti i servizi di qualità, Dalla colazione al servizio di pulizia della camera, alla gentilezza e cortesia del personale. Peccato che la posizione non è comoda ai mezzi pubblici ma il personale è disponibile ad accompagnare e riprendere alla fermata della metro B Laurentina che dista 10 minuti in macchina. perfetto!

When I arrived I felt the hospitality right away. Tomasso was really helpful and accommodating. Everyone in the hotel was excellent. i would choose this again when i come back.
