Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte, ma abbiamo trascorso un eccellente fine settimana. Staff molto professionale e servizi ottimi. Ci ritorneremo certamente.

Stanza comoda, pulizia buona, buffet a colazione soddisfacente, personale gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, consigliato.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione davvero strategica, soprattutto se si utilizza la seggiovia Vajolet 1: comodissimo e ben collegato. La struttura è molto bella, recentemente ristrutturata e con ambienti accoglienti in tipico stile tirolese. Detto questo, è ancora evidente che l’hotel sia parzialmente un cantiere. I servizi in camera sono migliorabili: la biancheria da bagno è piuttosto scadente e la pulizia non è all’altezza del livello atteso. La colazione è buona e abbastanza varia, ma spesso le pietanze finiscono e bisogna attendere che il personale se ne accorga per il rifornimento. I succhi risultano molto dolci. La spa è solo parzialmente funzionante: dal sito ci aspettavamo una spa completa con jacuzzi panoramica, ma all’arrivo abbiamo scoperto che non era ancora operativa, cosa che ha influito sull’esperienza complessiva. In generale, il costo non giustifica la qualità del servizio attuale, che spero possa migliorare con il completamento della struttura. Con qualche attenzione in più, potrebbe diventare un ottimo hotel.

Very good hotel. Large room includes a sofa bed for a child if needed. Hotel is right next to the funicular to the mountain. On the other side there is a driver and entrance to the ski lift. Breakfast is very good and the prices for dinner at the hotel are reasonable. The ski resorts open this year on 5/12/25. Getting there is very difficult for those who are not used to driving in Europe. Make sure they come with snow chains and know how to use them!!!!

Da migliorare il servizio ai clienti nella sala ristorante magari con un accoglienza piu gradevole… Stanza fredda a seguito dei riscaldamenti chiusi di notte

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was simply perfect, surrounded by beautiful mountains that made every morning feel special. The on-site restaurant was amazing, with mouthwatering breakfast options and plenty of variety to choose from. Housekeeping was top-notch; they changed the bedsheets and towels every single day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. But what truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Especially Davide at the front desk and Arif at the Restaurant . I’ve honestly never experienced such warm and genuine service anywhere else. I already miss this hotel and the wonderful team that made our stay so special. Highly recommend it!

There were renovations going on. Which would have been nice to know ahead of time. However the biggest disappointment was the quality of the food. We ate in the bar area and the food was terrible. The bruschetta was a slice of white bread with tomato sauce on it. The salad was missing the topping and had lettuce and vinegrette only. Their instagram is full of posts about gourmet food. I felt fooled. And no mention of their Reno’s even on their instagram. Location was great and rooms clean. But don’t recommend eating there.

Belle chambre vue montagne un peu gâchée par les travaux en cours et une grue au milieu de la vue. nous avions réservé une table au restaurant pour le soir de notre arrivée et sur place nous avons découvert que le restaurant était fermé, mais personne ne nous avait prévenu, nous avons dû nous contenter de snacks...

This hotel is on a beautiful and convenient location, staff were all very helpful and attentive. We were greeted with friendly smiles everyday from the front desk managers, housekeepers, to restaurant staff. We stayed with our daughter and her boyfriend there for 4 nights, both rooms got balcony and were really spacious, clean and well equipped with robes and flip flops, fragrant hand cream dispenser mounted on the wall for daily use.Buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious! We had an amazing and wonderful stay, and would totally recommend X Alp Hotel to anyone and will definitely come back again. The nearby restaurant - Ristorante Pizzeria Ramon, within 10-15 minutes walking distant, 3 minutes car ride, is a must try! We were in fact so impressed we went back three nights on a row! The food were super delicious and portions generous, staff and service were friendly and efficient even they were full every time we were there. We would wholeheartedly recommend this lovely restaurant to everyone if staying around the area, even if you have to travel a little bit to get there is still worth it. On the whole, we had a fantastic experience staying at X Alp Hotel.

O quarto é ótimo, equipe muito prestativa, o hotel é lindo. Infelizmente estavam com obras do hotel bem em frente à nossa varanda. Chegamos cedo para descansar, mas ma foi possível pelo barulho intenso. O café da manhã foi ótimo. O jantar não compensou… demora excessiva na entrega dos pratos, que estavam ok, esperávamos mais. O hotel tem uma estrutura bem bacana. Acredito que, terminando a reforma, valerá a pena a hospedagem.

They were doing renovations on the outdoor sauna area and was pretty noisy. The dinner menu can improve, felt very basic in some of the options provided and not dessert options. The hot section for breakfast was very limited compared to the cake section.

The property was great with contemporary design inside he room and good mountain views. The breakfast was delicious with great selection of food. However, I found the dining menu underwhelming and the food didn't taste good.
