Area around the property was beautiful and quiet. The property is a fire trap bar..around the windows with only one entrance door. In addition the kitcken is at the entrance the only waytoexisttheproperty. ...... .....bars

Property manager did not respond once. I was stuck in Kingston with no place to stay. Please avoid this place to avoid disappointment.

Ms Thompson was very nice and friendly and there was never a bad moment for me to reach out to her for help. The area was also very quiet which allowed my stay very peaceful though I didn’t really go out much to explore more. I’ll try to do that when next I come around.

Bring back memories. Glad to see that after 6 years pandemic and all you guys are will here, and the apartment is well maintained and looks just the way it did.

The area, the room, location, everything was good for an early morning run to the airport. It wasn't noisy if there were other guest they were really quiet and that was perfect for me. They we on time at 4am for the check out just as requested.

The guy who first contacted us was very detailed. The check-in was just like he said it would be. The apartment was as seen on the internet. They offer a shuttle service which we used to visit the zoo and was told to just call when we were done. When we called the drive was in the zoo parking lot already. Good experience.

The apartment was very clean, modern and in a very safe area. Thasheca was very awesome with providing us with the keys and being available to answer questions. I will definitely stay again.

Exijo me devuelvan el dinero de la estadia, fue una estafa horrible, viaje desde 8 rios a este lugar, gasté dinero en llegar, y tiempo y llega do me dijeron que ya estaba reservado tuve gastar nuevamente dinero para poder quedarme 2 niches en otro hotel, siento que es un ribo, una falta de respeto y Exijo la devolución ya que me cobraron algo que no pide ocupar HORRIBLE

The apartment is in walking distance from the mall and US Embassy. We also walked to some good restaurants in the area. The location is very good and the staff is responsive and friendly.

great place to stay and these guys knows what they where doing and they will go the extra miles to make sure you are ok. Ms Thompson the property manager was very friendly and nice. The price was fair and they explain everything quite simple for you to understand. I will definitely recommend anyone who’s traveling and need a safe and clean environment to stay. Everything was at easy access supermarket restaurant etc.

The property was clean, quiet, and was in the heart of Kingston. I felt like I was home, I was super comfortable. The young lady by the name of Miss Thompson that checked us in was excellent, she even gave us an upgrade before my 10 day stay was up. I'll be back, and very soon!!!

We were visiting Kingston with our 7 month old, and wanted more amenities than a hotel could provide. We found exactly what we wanted here and they went over and beyond. Ms Thompson met us in the parking lot, took us to the assigned apartment, everything was there as promised. Then she asked if we could a crib? She offered to waived the charge for he crib and maintenance delivered and set it up in 30 minutes. And the price is half what a good hotel there costs. Really, if you are going to Kingston, I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice apartment and excellent location. We were able to walk to our appointment at the US Embassy, to Bob Marley Museum and the shopping mall. We are very impress with the apartment and management but only one of the bedroom had a full length mirror otherwise we would have given a perfect score.

They have all of the amenities I needed. The apartment is well decorated and it is in a nice community. Highly recommended!

Quick stop to run an appointment at the US Embassy and while I was at it I catch the tour at the Bob Marley Museum. Both my stops were in walking distance. I did not see much of the apartment because I only slept there but it was very clean, the WiFi is worth mentioning, cold AC and hot water was as expected.

Rates were very reasonable for the size apartment. The bedding suit our need, love the decor. Staff were polite and professional.

If you visit this apartment, there is this place you must eat jerk. It is not 100 Hope Road, I think it is 101 or 102 Hope Road. 100 Hope Road is a pretty expensive sports bar, but this place sells some great jerk and festival at local price. This place is in walking distance, many things are in walking distance. As for the apartment, they upgraded the sitting chair but other than that it was exactly like the photos. Very memorable experience and highly recommended.
