It wasn’t all bad so I’m gonna start off positive, nice location everything is nearby, place is secure I felt safe. When I first checked in the place wasn’t clean, heavy dust on walls and furnitures, some deep cleaning needs to be done. Housekeepers came daily I had to pay per night for that when I was checking in. Place needs improvement and for heavens sake a bigger screen tv, tv so small I didn’t watch it once. Staff nice and courteous. I would stay again, providing that some improvement is done…

Everything was wrong, the room was horrible, dirty and extremely outdated, no hot water, we were told that we would get passes to access the beach but when we went to collect the passes we were told that the ran out of passes and we had to pay extra for passes to a beach that was meant to be private but was over crowded with locals. I could have tolerated it if I was alone, but I had my two teenagers. I could not wait to leave. Worst experience I ever had, I felt like crying.

The only staff worth mentioning was the housekeeper for our apt (Rose). Without her the stray would have been atrocious. Customer service deplorable, had issues moving in and manager didn't show up till daughter 4. Additional charges to guests not mentioned in package, room was uncomfortable because room was hot AC, TV, toilet, doesn't work, the roof leaked. I could go on! Will never recommend or stay at this place again.

Clean

Airconditioner and wifi wasn't working, reported it 2 time was told someone was coming. No one ever did. Room was very old need to be renovated. Most staffs that i ran onton was very kind abd pleasant

Clean room, friendly staff, beautiful views. Wish i was staying the entire time.

I stayed at Fisherman's Reef from December 6 to 10th 2025. My room did not look as advertised; it was a little outdated. I loved the bed and the view from both sides. One view was fishing boats and the beach, the other was a plaza right across the street, with shops and a beach. From the time I got there, only one day did I get wash clothes, all the other days it was only towels. I have never stayed at a place that don't give you wash clothes with your towels. The 9th was my wedding day; I was at the front desk begging for some wash clothes so that I can get cleaned up. All I got was an "I'm sorry we can get you some when they become available". I had to wash myself with two pairs of men's cotton shorts for my wedding. I was not impressed at all. It is not a place that goes out of its way for you at all, but if you need a lil comfy place to lay your head and put your stuff then that is reasonable.

Ive been staying here over 15 years beautiful place, could use lots of updates in apartment but we aren't here for rhe room its the location to everything. Fisherman Point offers beach passes for 2 beaches to enter free. The staff is amazing from housekeepers to groundsmen. I would highly recommended this to couple, families. Bring your own floats as they are triple the price here and maybe a music box other than that book cause its worth it.

I’m down here in Jamaica doing hurricane relief. My stay here has been absolutely pleasant. Wonderful stay, tight security, perfect location, and quiet peaceful stay.

There was no TV, Wifi, or internet service & that was very important to my stay & the reservation information said those amenities was available, I was disappointed.

The property is in a good location however its needs looking after i e modernised. Paint stripping off the walls in room 35 , the ceiling fan is rusty and the stairs are old. Sorry but true.

No electricity no water no front desk receptionist… company still charge full price in the middle of an hurricane

It was ok. The apartment was clean. The only problem we had is that the air conditioner barely worked, which is a big deal for us. Otherwise, the staff was great and the other amenities worked well.

This hotel should no be up for renting The bath is disgusting and the taps on the sink needs to be refurbished. Air con in bed not tht cokd on one setting only. Fan in dining room hamging of ceiling. Broken floor tiles move when you walk on them. Id advise owner to fix up the property .would definitely not stay again or recommend 😑

For the money no, food, no drinks, no air conditioning throughout, only bedroom, no entertainment, no pool (not working) tv not working (no signal)

The beach was right across from this property the only problem was the water in the shower was not draining out quick enough but i didnt really pay any attention to it after awhile the view was amazing it was really quite at times but you can hear the people from the bar it was a lovely space very homey i wish the AC could circulate in the entire place but i love having the doors open to get the cool air as well it felt like a real jamaican experience will definitely stay there again i was on the second floor glad i wasnt on the third due floor. The receptionist and security guards was very welcoming and nice. Felt safe the entire time. There was ants but i think its when it gets cold but i would like if they spray it more or have a spray so we can do it i dont mind. I told them about it and they did come and do something but it happens in the early mornings. I loved it there probably because i am a country girl and they also fixed the faucet while i was there thank you for that but would love if the drainage in the shower would be fix too would definitely stay there again thought 8/10.

The receptionists was very nice a accommodating. Guards were pleasant. Very quiet, could do with some renovations, but overall nice relaxing stay.

Location was great and a great area. Just the air conditioning in living room could have made watching tv easier in the heat. Love the balconies!

Apt was a little out dated but otherwise it was just fine.
