I loved the warm welcome. Our waitress Claudia was the best. I would like for one person to be able to book everyone for dinner at Italian restaurant. The separate reservations made it hard for a party of ten to reserve . We had4 birthdays to celebrate over our vacation time. Loved that we could enjoy free activities and go to other resorts to eat lunch. I loved the snack bar. I better understand the terminology about how to get another bed in room for another person to have a bed. This was my first time and loved it.

I liked that it was very close to beach and some food options but that was it . Disliked 2 woman fighting outside our hotel room at 4am on a Friday night . I understand resort has no control for people’s actions but never again . Also tried getting a table for 2 at steak house which was fully booked according to the app which was false . The restaurant had like 10 tables available but we couldn’t be seated because it was fully booked according them .

Although adults only, the property is still a "young" property with lots of activities during the day & evening - a little something for everyone. Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Resort very quiet at night.. The pools are shallow (2'5") and not designed for swimming but one can do laps. The pools close at 6pm, which was disappointing but standard with many resorts. The rooms were very clean & well stocked with a variety of beverages. There are 5 restaurants - we tried the steakhouse, but found the buffet was our favorite as it provided a wide-variety of food choices that accommodated all dietary needs (including gluten free!). The beaches were as clean as they could be but there is always people who leave garbage around vs. depositing it in one of the many receptacles. Security patrols beaches at night. The property is across from a strip mall which has a grocery store, pharmacy and other small stores. I would recommend walking over to pick up any toiletries (we learned this the hard way after paying $10US for a 90ml bottle of Listerine at the hotel when we could have purchased at grocery store!). Similarly, if you are looking for the JBM coffee, purchase at the grocery store. One can walk safely to the mall within a few minutes - there is a free shuttle as well, but as with everything else there, nothing is really "free" - we took the shuttle once and were delivered to a gift store employee. Recommend for an all-inclusive experience.

Resort Review: Mixed Experience with Highs and Lows I recently stayed at this resort and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was absolutely fantastic—plenty of variety, fresh options, and something for every taste. The entertainment staff was top-notch, keeping the energy high with fun daily activities and engaging evening shows that were genuinely impressive. One standout was Samanda, a bartender who clearly takes pride in her work. While most of the drinks were disappointingly weak, Samanda’s attention to detail and great attitude made her drinks the best at the resort. Unfortunately, there were several downsides that impacted the overall experience. The resort is located directly under a flight path, and planes flew overhead constantly throughout the day, which really took away from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. There was also a serious issue with younger guests overindulging—returning to their rooms loudly at all hours of the night, often intoxicated. One night, in our hallway near our door we were repeatedly disturbed by yelling and even a physical altercation. We had to call security twice due to a fight in the hallway, which was both disruptive and unsettling. Another disappointment was housekeeping. On multiple days, our room wasn’t cleaned until after 5 p.m., which made it difficult to come back and relax. I’d recommend it with caution, especially for those looking for peace and quiet.

The resort is very beautiful and the hospitality is very amazing! I’m very satisfied with my trip overall!

Staff there were all warm and welcoming. Staff at buffet were all nice. Staff when you enter property for the most part were nice. I like that we had access to RIU Montego Bay.The only downside was the mirror in the bathroom was filthy.

Food was bland and not very good. Staff was good mostly. Except for when we booked and excursion and they gave us the wrong time to be there and neglected to inform us. We luckily did get refunded for it though. But it was on our final day so we couldnt reschedule it when we were looking forward to it. If you dont like loud, club like scenes or drug dealers in kayaks then id advise not going to this venue. Maybe try the RIU Palace. But they still had some of the same things just was a quieter scene for the most part. Would definitely never go to this resort again.

Great party place.

This is my 3rd stay at this resort and as usual, i had a great stsy. Friendly staff, good food and clean rooms. I'll be back!

It was our first time at an all-inclusive resort and we really enjoyed that. Shout out to Michelle. Our bartender was amazing.

I liked the cleanliness and friendly staff. I didn’t like that it was so close to the airport and planes flying over the pool every 10 minutes or less. And the food options were limited. Didn’t like the 24/7 snack bar the hotdogs and hamburgers tasted fake!
