The hotel is clean. The staff were friendly & professional. There isn’t always hot water. And they host a lot of events in the evening and on the weekends. So loud music is played. If you are looking for 100% Peace & quiet, it perhaps not the place for you.

Excellent services clean rooms great food and park in that was easy to access, but I would like to thank Rohan and Ruel(brownbread ) for exceptional customer services they went above and beyond at all times definitely would be a place that I will stay again whenever I come to that side of the island

Very Affordable

Not again.

The room was clean and the staff very nice and friendly. The hotel is basic and charmless. The AC dripped and there was no safe. We didn't bring beach towels. They charged us a rental fee of $10/day plus a refundable per towel deposit of $15. The towels were just the regular bath towels. This seemed like an overreach for what is usually a standard amenity; almost a scam on foreigners.

Kitchen staff and servers were very nice and courteous. Room wasnt ready for 3pm. Water Pressure was a bit low at times and not so consistent. Its a nice overnight stay, 2 at most if I'm being honest. Somewhere to rest off, bathe and hit the road

The only thing I liked about this property was the quality of the breakfast and the customer service protrayed by a waiter by the name of Rohan. The dislikes about the stay were the constant lack of water at the hotel, and to add insult to injury, there was a constant lack of hot water at the facility. There was also a mix up of the rooms assigned which caused confusion throughout the stay. The bathroom amenties need to be powerwashed or scrubbed since there is mildew or strain in the shower area.

As a woman travelling alone, I found Tim Bamboo hotel to be safe. Jamaican locals and tourists were present at the hotel. Facilities were average but clean with friends staff.

The staffs was very nice

The staff seemed untrained and crass. The hotel steps itself was dirty for the 2 nights that were there even though there was some there who was supposed to be cleaning. We observed objects on the steps both nights and of course throughout the day. Not to mention the water issues that were just unacceptable and the lack of reliable internet. I’m never staying there again.

They were very cooperate, friendly and helpful.

This was the worst hotel experience that I have had. There was no TV service nor available wifi. When I spoke to the attendant at the front desk, she admitted there is no TV service available. This should have been told to guests the moment they checked in so there were no surprises. The bathroom was smelly. Woke up in the middle of the night to use it and there were roaches running around. The shower was horrible. I could not get a stable water temperature. It was either too hot, too cold, or suddenly either. I am just hoping that these comments will help management do a better job with maintaining this property. The only positive for me was that it was within walking distance to the town square.

This hotel rooms needs some updating. For a quick trip it’s fine. I was there only two nights. The staff was amazing!!! The breakfast was very good!!

I stayed here for the second time . The staff were great and went above and beyond to help us .
