The staff at Morgans Cliff were tremendous. The resort manager Anna, was very helpful, we were even forced to do a late check in on a Saturday night due to some other booking issues, and Anna was very polite and helpful and was able to get us a room very late in the evening which was very much appreciated. Anna and Nick who also worked at the site, gave us a great recommendation and a ride to cool local beach. The property had tremendous views and a great pool area. These folks are tremendous hosts.

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!

Our stay was amazing and the staff were so supportive to us. An the Hotel is Beautiful truly just a skipp away from ocho ríos.

This property is beautiful sitting on the cliff over looking the beautiful Caribbean Sea just gorgeous

This was a beautiful location. The staff were phenomenal and the food at the restaurant was exceptional. Restaurant manager Nick and his staff went above and beyond! It was a wonderful time of rest and relaxation.

Well maintained, quiet and relaxing property, in a convenient location that allowed us to explore the attractions in Ocho Rios. Staff were very helpful with one small problem that arose. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast both mornings.

Enjoyable pool

Morgan’s Cliff in Ocho Rios is an exceptional place to stay and an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality from the owner and the staff was outstanding. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay comfortable and memorable. The accommodations are beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very well maintained. The property itself is peaceful and serene, surrounded by nature and stunning views that make it easy to truly relax and unplug. Every detail contributes to a calm, private atmosphere that feels worlds away from the crowds. This is a perfect choice for adults seeking a quiet getaway with more privacy and a personal touch, especially for travelers who prefer an alternative to the massive all inclusive resorts or Jamaicans seeking a lovely staycation. We highly recommend Morgan’s Cliff and would happily return.

Internet was fine, room was clean, ocean view wasn't that important. A bit disappointed that there isn't a safe beach. However overall, a great property.

Room was clean and tastefully decorated. Love the Molton Brown toiletries! Views of pool and ocean were breath takingly beautiful. Staff were warm and welcoming and super helpful. Will definitely return when we are in the area. We highly recommend staying at Morgan's Cliff.

Clean surroundings

The room was definitely clean and the staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant is also very tasty but expensive.

Excellent place to stay. Ana os a great host. The staff is courteous and professional. The grounds are clean and peaceful. Ambiance is wonderful. View is exceptional on the Cliff side
