The property is very beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and serene.

It is a great place beautiful and the best of all great customers service very friendly staff I wish all Jamaica was like this place the price is the best part the food is incredible the drinks are great my room was the must beautiful room and very clean the staff is all great thank you all for the great time I will recommend this place to anyone who like to have a great and peaceful time

Incredibly hospitable staff. Great location away from crowds of 7mile. Stop at Murphy’s for their pineapple lobster, Miss Penny’s and Kool Vybez.

Goergous property grounds and staff. Incredible location. The room itself was dirty and unkept. Do not stay in garden room if you are looking for luxury. Food is meh.

Tensing Pen is a fabulous place. It’s showing its age a bit, and isn’t what was when I came in 2012, when it was world class, but then Negril seems to have struggled a bit as well. Despite these deficits, it remains an amazing place to completely relax, unwind, and go off grid. If you like the bohemian feel and want to step away to another world, this is the spot. The natural beauty, combined with great food, and wonderful staff make this a hidden gem.

A Magical Retreat - Tensing Pen Hotel What a beautiful surprise! My husband and I travel extensively, and we believe that the hotel you choose plays a significant role in making a vacation truly memorable. I can’t say enough good things about the Tensing Hotel—it’s simply magical. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we had the entire place to ourselves. We stayed in a villa with an ocean view, and it was worth every penny of the upgrade. Waking up to the sight of the ocean each morning was nothing short of breathtaking. The food at Tensing is exquisite. The quality, the menu—everything is prepared fresh to order by a talented chef. It’s a paradise, secluded yet sophisticated, with a design that beautifully reflects Jamaican culture. We are definitely coming back! Beyond the hotel itself, the Jamaican people are incredibly kind and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I don’t think this warmth is unique to just this hotel; it seems to be a hallmark of Jamaican hospitality in general.

The place was quiet and unique. AC was cool and they cleaned up well after hurricane.

Tensing Pen was by far one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The staff and team at the resort were friendly and personal. I went for my birthday and they all wished me warm wishes on the day. They went out of their way to make us feel like valued guests, something you don’t experience at a large resort. Their accommodations are wonderful and the location is a dream. From check in, to dinner to hanging out by the pool at the resort, truly an experience we will never forget. The Tensing Pen resort is the best out there.

I loved everything about Tensing. It took me 3 weeks to find this place. The hotel staffs were excellent including our driver Tony. My hubby and I had a wonderful time and the scenery is so beautiful. Thanks guyssss !!!! Def gonna recommend you guys to our friends and family

Enjoyed every part of this resort. Quiet, intimate, great food, beautiful grounds, amazing cliffs, no beach beggars, friendly staff, 3 beautiful dogs on site, snorkeling and bridge jumping! Just a great experience and I will definitely go back and recommend. If you are looking for a crazy drunken party scene you won’t find it here. If you want cheap all inclusive food you won’t find it here. This is a place to unwind and relax. Perfect for what we wanted.

If you want peace and relaxation, this place is perfect. Great scenery, quiet and beautiful.

The check in, the staff, the premises were all amazing. I wish I stayed here for the entire trip but everyone suggested that I split the trip between the cliffs and the beach. Truth be told, when I booked, they only had one night available. It was worth it. My god what a beautiful place! The views, the food and the staff. I experienced some homophobia in Negril but not at Tensing Pen. So thank you! I will definitely be returning!
