I liked the hotel, but the parking lot they suggested was quite far from the hotel itself

Liked the concept of the Hotel.

After checking in with my Passport, I explored the shopping center around the hotel and I found an underground food market with so much tasty food. Clean and cozy room for a single travel like myself

Good location next to Fujisawa station that connects to Kamakura, Enoshima and Yokohama. Good buffet-style breakfast and comfortable bed to sleep. They have paid coin washing and drying machines onsite. As a solo traveler, unable to use their Tuk tuk services to Enoshima though (min 4 people group required) which was a bummer. Otherwise, pretty good stay!

Great location next to bus station. Fun stores and groceries close. We are 60+ and definitely older than the average demographic. Disappointed the onsen was 2000 yen for 1.5 hrs.

Good day, the air condition was unfortunately horrible. We couldn’t control the air flow which was very strong and therefore loud. Further, 2 min after 10pm - last order is 10pm, cafe closes at 11pm - we got told that the cafe is closed and we can’t get anything anymore. 3rd, on the room the breakfast is advertised with 1000 Yen/person but when we went for breakfast we got charged 1200 per person. The hotel looks lovely, but everything else doesn’t leave you with a “lovely feeling”, at all!

Wonderful stay! The room was very tidy and clean. The vibe of the hotel was great, from the lounge, bar and restaurant from the ground floor to the paintings on the wall. Made me feel like I was at a resort.

New and clean hotel with friendly staff. The kitchen on 4th floor was small but helpful in preparing and reheating food from mearby comvenient stores (3 convenient str ores in total)

The room was tiny but had everything we needed. The fittings were excellent and the room was designed to make the most of the space. The service was excellent. Breakfast was more than we expected, and free, Wi-Fi was excellent quality. The hotel was secure. The hotel was right in the centre of things: local market, transport (train and bus) and shops around the corner. A very good place to meet the locals although English was limited outside of the hotel

Location is ok, but overall cleanliness was below average. No service received from staff.

Needs more English instructors operate the air conditioning and other amenities.

Always have s great time st 8 hotel

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and overall it was very good. The room is typical very small Japanese style, but you have everything you need, and a few nice extras. I love the location a couple blocks from the train station, and you can't count the number of places to eat or shop within just a few blocks also. The down side is that it is in the middle of things and so it gets a bit noisy if you have your window open. Great staff, and overall a great value. Will stay again.

We very much enjoyed our time in Fujisawa exploring Kamakura and Enoshima where, much to our delight, we even got a view of the ever illusive Mt Fuji.

The hotel is close to the train station and family mart. The room is spacious and somewhat clean (there was 1-2 hair on the wall next to the bathtub). They have all common amenities and free wifi. I stayed on the 7th floor during New Year and it was quiet at night. I'd recommend this place if you plan to visit Kamakura/Enoshima region.

The beautiful lounge is invinting and they serve one of the best western breakfast, good and original.
