環境整體很乾淨，一切都是自助式，很少會需要工作人員。但如同其他評論所述，女性房間有燒烤味，我覺得這可能是這間旅館需要解決的問題!有少數房客會違反規定將小型行李帶進房間整理，發出些許噪音還有說話的聲音，其他一切都很好。

距離車站很近很方便，有電梯的出口(A6)在馬路另一邊，不過問題不大，而且lawson也在出口附近，走大概30秒就到了，可以順便買幾瓶水回酒店。酒店裡面很乾淨，睡眠艙和淋浴間的空間也很夠用。除了偶爾有些人會打呼還有走路聲音比較大以外，也沒什麼問題。酒店有耳塞提供，當然也可以自己帶。女生有自己的公共空間，男生就只能用在大堂的，有點可惜。

就是提供一個快捷乾淨，可以睡覺的地方，大部分都是自助處理的流程！

I stayed for 9 days and here are some feedbacks The bed padding are thin but not hard, sounds like rolling on your bed and pulling the blanket are quite obvious in the quiet sleeping space The locker are huge, enough for a 28 inches luggage and 40L travel backpack and other small stuff to be put inside of it They provide amenities and loungewear everyday, and you can recycle them if you’re not gonna use them The environment around is quiet and some restaurants are still opening at midnight The staffs are generally quite helpful, I have once locked my keycard inside of the locker and they quickly gave me a keycard to unlock The biggest problem is there is only only usb port for charging your devices, if you need a power outlet you need to go to common area, aside of this problem, the hotel is not bad overall

適合預算有限的人仕, 附近有自助洗衣店, 儲物櫃也大. 一層27格, 但只有3個廁格.

以前就有住過9hours了，隔了幾年在入住感覺系統升級了，從入住到check out一切全自動辦理，環境也很舒適，沐浴用品感覺也有升級，味道很香！很滿意這次的入住

Capsule is quite new, clean and comfy to stay 人形町A5 exit with 2 min walking distance A6 exit with lift if large lugguage Self chk in at entrance. Locker is large encourage to keep large lugguage Waiting time to take shower is a bit long at night Anyway, I will recommend u to try if u dont need to frequent pack/unpack yr lugguage. Or u can try 1~2 night at the former part of yr trip

Generally the experience is good, people are well behave. Try to make as little sound as they can be. Toilet and shower is clean. But i would strongly suggest ppl plan to stay here or other capsule hotel to have a pair of ear plug with them. Also if your are a light sleeper, capsule might be not the best option for you because do really feel the vibration when ppl walking around the Hall way. I wish there are a bigger common area where you could eat and chat. The only common area is on the G/F. Which is narrow and tight. ALSO REMEMBER TO HAVE A LARGE BOTTLE OF WATER WITH YOU BECAUSE IT IS DRY INSIDE. And bring your own pj if you are big man. I don't think i need to explain that.

是很不錯的膠囊旅館！用品跟設備都很齊全，膠囊內空間對亞洲女生來說滿大的，意外地好睡。

可能很缺員工，整潔維持度明顯退步，三次洗澡有兩間淋浴間會淹水：（，有一天沒給到住宿包（睡衣毛巾跟牙刷） 去問櫃台，回一句「you want it?」 不知道是沒聽懂還是怎樣，沒有歉意也沒有要追究是不是有房務疏失。價錢跟地點是cp很高，但是跟先前體驗差異大感覺很可惜。

1. 交通極為便利，距離地鐵站僅3分鐘不到的步行距離。 2. 環境極為乾淨，尤其淋浴間還有乾濕分離空間，非常方便。 3. 櫃檯的服務人員不太能用英文溝通，非日語者以Google翻譯可解決問題。 4. 男女電梯都是分開的，電梯和置物櫃都需以入住時提供的一張列印房卡開啟。我有不小心把房卡弄丟，向櫃檯人員反應，並重新獲得一張，沒有跟我收費，感恩。

The location is perfect and the cleanness of the hotel is excellent.

近人形町地鐵站

Very nice, clean and sophisticated accommodation. The private showers and large bathing area were a big plus. Found check in easy. One critique is that the photos show a second larger lounge area which may have been limited to the women's section, since I was never able to access it.

Only thing travellers should know is that this property is called 9h because you can stay in for 9 hrs you cannot stay for 4 hrs when they clean the property and your cannot get it your card will not work be prepared for this situation

Very good one-nighter option. Overall, the facility is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Only minor negatives are that the capsule was a little stuffy with the warm weather, and the toilet I used didn't have any toilet paper. Shower room was nice, though.
