The hotel is new and the condition is good, especially I am impressed by the interior design of the hotel room. Even the room size is not big (just 15-16 sqm for superior king room), you won't feel too packed (could open two big suitcases) and the amenities are well equipped. Staff are nice and friendly, reception area is spacious. Very convenient location, just 2-mins walk from the nearest metro station (Higashi-Ginza) and is accessible to 3 stations within walking distance. Recommended and will consider to stay here again!
One drawback is that you can't control the air-con inside the room, staff explained that only heat mode is provided for the whole building and we could open the window inside the room for better ventilation. (Note: my booking was in Dec)

The hotel is new and the condition is good, especially I am impressed by the interior design of the hotel room. Staff are nice and friendly, reception area is spacious. Very convenient location, just 2-mins walk from the nearest metro station (Higashi-Ginza) and is accessible to 3 stations within walking distance. Recommended and will consider to stay here again!

2021年3月開幕的新飯店，這次預定的是15平方米的房型、所以入住前就有房間不大的心理準備了、飯店人員都很親切、附近就有Lawson跟family mart,
巷口就是東銀座地鐵站, 前往羽田機場地鐵只需24分鐘，很方便

I’m giving Agora 3 / 5 because they charged me US$12 for a missing key card! This is the only hotel that I’ve stayed at to do this. I opted to pay at the hotel instead of thru Expedia and I was charged US$30 more than what i agreed with Expedia. The front desk asked me if that is okay. Like I have a choice to decline at that point at 8pm! The breakfast is great. The room is very small. The hotel is located in a very walkable area with Family Mart and 711 on both ends of the block.

Room was on the smallish side with not much of a view. However, the price was right, the staff was super friendly and it was right in the heart of the Ginza district.
Most of the attractions and dining were within a short walk. And, it was super easy to grab the subway and catch the Shinkansen to parts outside of the area.

Room is clean. Standard size of the room in Japan for 2 people. ( mine is Deluxe Twins)
All staffs are nice and polite.
I love they provide mini croissant, drinks and coffee in the lobby.
Hotel location is so convenient.
