Excellent hotel

Perfect location, right next to Okaido Station/Shopping Street. Room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast buffet with nice view on Matsuyama Castle.

The location of this hotel is the best in Matsuyama. Close to the Okaido shopping mall, with Mitsukoshi Department store, and to Matsuyama Castle. Very quiet at night. Clean room and good service. The breakfast buffet is excellent with good view of Matsuyama city.

Great location

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed and I will definitely want to stay again. -Friendly and professional staff -Room was very clean and comfortable -Breakfast service was great with a good view -Good location which is walkable to Matsuyama castle -The 90s built in radio into the bedside frame was a nostalgic plus

All good except I think the room size at the Annex building a little small as compared to Takamatsu hotel however the breakfast is fantastic 👍will stay again 👍

위치, 조식, 서비스는 좋습니다. 본관에서 투숙 환기가 좀 안되있었습니다. 객실안에서 냄새가 났습니다 그러나 객실 크기, 화장실안의 욕조 다 좋았습니다.

I always use this hotel because of its reliable service and excellent cleanliness. It is also convenient to access it from the underground parking lot.

Great hotel. Lovely staff,polite,hard working. Convenient to everything including the castle and great food. Wish parking was simple like Osaka with turntable and self parking but this is just a wish. Parking was cheaper outside then at hotel was expecting parking to be included in price otherwise would have parked at lot right behind goe cheaper. Maybe I missed that when reserving hotel that there was a charge.

Stayed for one night. Hotel was clean, the breakfast was quite good and an amazing value. Enjoyed the location of the hotel as well. Would definitely stay there again
