Amazing hotel with high quality design throughout. The staff are wonderful, hospitable, and able to address any need. We had our bags sent from another hotel, and the bags were already placed in the room when we arrived.
We appreciated the happy hour to unwind from 6-8pm each night. Property was clean and at the 50th floor with amazing city views. Just be okay with your ears popping a bit.
The rooftop bar was very nice and had electric blankets to keep you warm. The breakfast was very good.
The neighborhood was a bit quieter and slightly less central via the subway, but it was not an issue.

Andaz is a stellar hotel. The rooms were roomy and the layout was the best I have ever seen. Staff were very courteous. Views from the hotel were fabulous. The location was close to Ginza and subway. I will definitely stay here again.

The service was bad. We arrived at the checkin floor but noone took us to the counter. When I asked, a man took us to the counter in a very tiresome way. I dont think I will be staying here again.

Great stay. Staff super friendly and helpful, room spacious and well equipped and all amenities were excellent. The only small negative is that the lighting in the room is either too bright or too dark, it’s difficult to get just right! But that is such a minor thing, everything else really is great
