Hotels.com seems fraudulent as a service provider

Too costly and room is not spacious

A bit of a walk from the train. But amazing room and services.

Room is small.

apa hotel akabane iwabuchi is very excellent service, staff, cleanliness, and travel friendly.

Need more elevators

The hotel is very clean and quiet. Staff is friendly as well as accommodating. Most of them know enough English to communicate. Lots of shops around the area as well as entire department stores so decent location overall.

The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The area is only one train from the main areas in Tokyo such as Shinjuku and Ikebukuro.

The free breakfast was terrible, didnt have many options. The rooms had to control on the A/c. We were sweaying the first night had to sleep with the window opem

There was hair in our bed, the restaurant attached to the hotel overcharged me after heckling us in, and there was a no tattoo rule on their big bath so it felt like what few amenities offered were a scam or only for Japanese guest. I ordered a a drink (500yen), a juice(300yen) and fried chicken(650yen) from the restaurant and was charged 3200yen. I asked for a receipt and they refused. I eventually just gave it to them a left but the hotel being attached to such a shady restaurant was a huge negative.

ホテル自体は申し分ありませんが提携駐車場等がなく不便でした。

天然温泉が広くて清潔感あって最高でした。

新しくて快適でした。 朝食ビュッフェは期待外れ。 もう一点、何時にホテルに到着するのか、携帯に電話があり、不快に思いました。

連泊でしたが、備品の補充が良かった！

大浴場も良かったし、備品も設備もスタッフさんも全て良かったです。 駐車場があれば、言う事なしの最高！

設備清潔さは良いが、時期的に仕方ないのか、とにかく高いし、場所も悪い、当日の朝食券もなく不便を感じた。
