APA酒店〈松山城西〉

Its a bit far from the station, so the location is not convenient. This hotel is not the typical APA hotel. Its purchased from previous ower. The rooms are not the usual APA standard.

Due to staff shortage, the restaurant is closed at night, no room service food. Seven Eleven store near the hotel was poorly stocked. The room and hall ways were clean, good cleaning staff.

Property is nicely maintained, friendly staff. Station is a brisk 15-20 min walk. Tram is very convenient

Hotel interior is more of the 80s-90s style. Overall, it’s still clean.

Staff went overboard to help me find some resources I needed (different kinds of shops). I ended up staying an extra night due to an injury while hiking and was happy to have another night there.

The hotel is just close to Matsuyama castle

Nothing particularly wrong. Bathroom a little dated. Staff was quite helpful

The staff were great, and the hotel was clean. The facilities were also good. It was a long walk in the rain to the 2 train stations. So i guess my fault for not paying attention when i booked.

Nice place handy to several places in Matsuyama.

Friendly staff and comfortable room

Quite old-fashioned compared to other APA hotels I've been to. However, it is in quite a central part of the city, so it was convenient, and I could watch the sunrise over the castle from my hotel room.

Standard business hotel-no frills. All Japanese language check in. Rooms are standard. Beds were a little hard but not bad. They are a little wider than a twin size but not quite a full size, so this is called “double size”. The pillows are terrible! They extremely thin and flat. I went to the front desk and asked for another pillow. The staff said they would bring it up to my room, which they did about 10 minutes later. They brought a nice standard pillow that was bigger and fluffy. I would recommend asking for a big pillow at check in. The pillows in the room are a joke-more like a seat cushion, they are so flat and you only get one.

In total this property is above average and way better than expected.

The hotel was close to the tram line, or about a 15minute walk from the city center which was convenient. The rooms were a little run down, and breakfast was average. Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly.

it’s good... probably someday i will go back to stay in again.. it’s just that the parking is expensive.. i hope the hotel have their own parking lot...
