Rained really hard 2nd day and the roof leaked down the open shaft between rooms. Nice water feature!

Great and clean property APA hotel always provides clean and affordable stay and ningyocho area is very peaceful, several trains were nearby

The room and bed was spacious for two people. The bed and pillows were too firm for our liking. Location was good, close to some train stations. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check out and leave our bags for a few hours before we left the city later.

The staff was friendly and attentive, very close walk to a subway line, and in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. Rooms are relatively small and the pillows are uncomfy.

Great location, very close to transport links, clean hotel. Albeit the room was small, it was laid out perfectly and had everything needed.

APA is aslways convenient and for the price we were in the middle of Tokyo close to everything. Only thing missing that would've made this hotel perfect would've been in-building laundry, all the other hotels we stayed at offered it. Aside from that, great hotel!

This was my first time in Japan and I don't speak Japanese. The staff was nice and welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean.

Except the room size, everything was perfect for a short time stay.

Its a small room but its good for the price and theres a lot of fun dining options near by. Very close to the train station so traveling was convenient.

Everything was great. The room and bathroom were spacious. Most convenient location. Nice cafe opposite the entrance.

The room with 124 sq ft for 2 adults was very small. But there was a good service,convince to anywhere. It was very clean.

i like that they don’t do cleaning in the room every day but provide a bag of amenities at the door. room is perfect size for solo traveller. location is amazing satisfy with everything

Well kept hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, we even had our picture taken and given free snacks/chocolate as part of some halloween celebrations! The room was well appointed and clean. Facilities were also well kept and tidy. Note that breakfast is in a cafe a little walk away from the hotel. While we found it fine for our needs, some with larger appetites may find it disappointing. The food also mostly consists of bread items (croque monsieur, plain toast, tuna scrambled egg on toast and a ham sandwich). So anyone with a gluten intolerence/allergy, or on a kosher/halal diet might want to skip including breakfast and go elsewhere. The locale was great however for transport, shopping and eateries with all three being a short walk from the hotel doors.
