Close to activities friendly staff and very clean.

The room i booked was a twin room but when we got there the room didn't match the photos it was so small we had problems with putting he suite cases in the room it was very small the twin bads just about fit in the room no space between them

Close to the metro as well as an abundance of dining options.

All APA hotel rooms are horrible small. This one smelled horribly like cigarettes smoke. I had to freeze and keep my window open all night otherwise my room would be filled with other ppl smoking their rooms. I couldn’t move around hardly had enough room for my suitcases. The “restaurant” was never staffed and the food I would not waste my money on. Good part: train station is close, McDonald’s, Lawsens and other stores. Honestly not worth the price tho.

Once out of the station Itabashi, turn right use the slope access get out n the hotel is on the right. Check in was less than pleasant due to the to n fro in providing a valid home address. Room was facing the tracks so noise was evident the whole day. Window can be opened which was a relief as the aircon was barely noticeable. Bed was soft but sloped, maybe due to long use, but with good pillows. The area is residential and does not have much sight seeing spots, the train from Saikyo line is always packed which is quite intimidating.

Unacceptable Room Conditions - Avoid This Hotel I booked a stay at the APA Hotel Tokyo Itabashi Ekimae through Expedia, and my experience was extremely disappointing. On the first night of my stay, the room I was provided had a completely non-functioning air conditioning system, and the windows were unable to be opened to allow for proper airflow. The room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy, making it nearly impossible for me to get any rest after my long flight. When I immediately requested to be moved to a different room, the hotel management refused, forcing me to endure the unacceptable conditions for the entire night. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay at this hotel to look elsewhere. The lack of response and accommodation from the hotel management, as well as Expedia's inability to resolve the issue, was extremely disappointing. This experience has left me with no confidence in the quality or customer service at the APA Hotel Tokyo Itabashi Ekimae.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The room was small but very efficient in its use of space. Service for the room was readily available. The hotel itself is also right next to a supermarket and the train station, so the location was excellent.

decent stay for a last min booking, room is very small but expected of tokyo. staff are hospitable, although some can further improve on their foreign language skills.

Great value. For the price it’s great especially for single travelers. Would stay again if traveling in the area solo. For families, it depends on your cost/space need.

Great location, 30 second walk to subway, Ikebukoro is one stop away. Itabashi its self has lots of places to eat and drink. Hotel is clean, friendly staff, its quiet. We have stayed in Apa hotels before and had breakfast included however, this Apa has an Indian restaurant attached so we did not have breakfast at the hotel. Nothing against Indian food I just dont want a Vindaloo at 8am.

The train station is about a two-minute walk from the hotel. The staff at the hotel is incredibly kind and accommodating. As expected, the room is compact but well-kept. It's a good thing that they are overly strict. It was unfortunate, though, that they refused to allow my cake to be delivered to the lobby on my birthday. Despite my room number and full name being provided, my best friend gave me a cake that they didn't want to be delivered.

This is a good, functional place to stay. The staff is professional.
