I have never had a bad stay at this hotel. I’ve visited this hotel 3 times since July of 2025.
This last stay I had mistakenly hit the button for Single Smoking Room. When I discovered my mistake, the front desk staff quickly sorted me, and didn’t charge extra for a double room Non Smoking!
The restaurants here are also delicious!

Everything about my stay worked out beautifully. I really appreciate how great a location it is. Train station is right by the hotel, and hotel is at the center of downtown. It is of walking distance to grocery chains. Beautiful reataurant is available on the first floor.

Its location is good and.it seems to be the most.stylish hotel near the Takeda station. The breakfast provides many traditional Japanese dishes and it also provides.a variety of.western food such as salad, egg, bread and.bacon etc.

The hotel is near to train station. It also provides free parking of our car. The parking area is about 1 minutue walk from the hotel. The room is clean and tidy. However, they only provides free wifi in the lobby.

朝食は新潟名物を食べられて満足。白米の食べ比べなど。
室内のお風呂は浴室から洗面台を見ると汚れが見えてしまい残念。不潔感は無いが古さを感じた点でした。
