Although the position is not in the downtown, it is easy accessible to Kyoto station and major tourists attractions by city bus. From the guest house to bus station, There are supermarkets and Convenient stores, sukiya and Macdonald. The room Was kept very clean with our facilities you needed. The definitive choice If we went to Kyoto next time.

It is a wonderful place (including wifi, wash mechanic, dry function for clothes and kitchen utensil etc). Ben, maneger and their staff are helpful. We really enjoy and feel comfortable. In addition,transport is easy to anywhere by bus. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, 100yen stores near the guesthouse. We really hope back to there again.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They help us to bring our luggage to the fourth floor and give us some suggestions. The room is comfortable and have enough kitchenware if you want to prepare your own food. The best thing is the washing machine and drying facilities. You don't have to worry about the raining season. I will definitely come back if I visit Kyoto next time.

第一天對路程不瞭解所以繞了一大圈，第二天就可以掌握方向才知道附近的方便，可惜只住了兩天就要前往金澤了；有機會再去京都旅行的話，一定會再去的。

房主指示清淅，但尋找也要時間，地方大，設備也足夠，很舒適，左右方向行約5分鐘，都有巴士站、超市、¥1OO、葯粧店在商店街內，我住的民宿是第一次有人駐守。

住宿离公交站还是挺近的
房间很大很舒服 有客厅有厨房 洗手间可以洗和烘干衣服 还可以泡汤
房间大概可以睡6个人 两个双人床和一张大的榻榻米

部屋の感じは良かったがエレベーターが無く四階の部屋だったのできつかった。
お風呂が湯船を溜めるとシャワーがすぐ水になったりした

親戚の家にいくついでに宿泊しました。
アーケードのある商店街の中にあり、真夏の中あるくのに助かりました。お店、スーパーもたくさんあるので食事に困らないです。部屋の中に洗濯機があり、お風呂も綺麗でゆっくり過ごせて良かったです。

Nice place. Very quiet. Lacking of kitchen tools to cook. No toaster. Bed comfortable. A lot of restaurants around. There's even a map of surrounding restaurant at the entrance. Was a bit disappointed to pay prior our check in to leave our luggages since everywhere we stayed in Japan offered the service for free. Somehow, a very nice place

Communication was great for check in. We checked in after 6pm when they are no longer staffed and they left a note for us taped on the wall with our name and instructions all in great English. The place was very clean and as advertised.
