It’s clean and easy to reach. But the flat is very close to the highway so it’s a bit noisy…

Overall experience is excellent! 5-10mins walk to JR and Metro, convenience store and restaurant are just 2-3mins walk away, I was in eighth floor the highway in front of balcony is bit noisy at night but acceptable. Only one thing that TV is not working in the middle of trip as i have been staying the same room for 16days, I did send message to customer service unfortunately no respond is received before check-out. End up i found remote control is broken, that tells no one will be taking care your request in case there is urgency potentially.

This is a small place, but it provides all the facilities we need for daily life.

Bastante buena la ubicación y muy cómoda ya que las habitaciones de hoteles son reducidas , hizo que nos sintiéramos en casa, tiene lavadora lo que hace que puedas utilizarla 👌

If can supply knife, dryer ,and hooks in laundry room then will be perfect .

Shopping, Restaurants, Train Stations are nearby. The unit is clean and tidy with complete ammenities needed for the whole stay. It is also highly recommended!

Nice studio style apartment. Kitchenette was good for having breakfast in and keeping cold drinks on hand. In suite washer great.

Very close to good cheap eating and night life. Zoo across road

The location was close to dining and shopping however a bit far from public transportation

チェックインは、手軽で便利です。ただ、排水溝の臭いがずっと臭くて困りました。広さは十分で、キッチンが自由に使えたのは良かったです。ダブルベッド二つは、ファミリー向けではないです。

Though we are next to Tennoji Zoo, hardly any smell and the place is less than 5mins walk away from Shinsaikei. Despite so, it’s pretty quiet and safe (just avoid the porn-theatre if you have kids). If you are driving, the place is pretty near to the main highway and ETC exit. We had no problem driving from Ikoma. Since we plan to visit USJ, Osaka Aquarium etc, we drove to KIX after check in and train back via rapid Svc (less than 40mins @peak period). Most importantly it’s pretty near to two sub stations, duty free shops (including DONKI Mega) and eateries. If you miss home cooking, the kitchenette is well equip and lots of grocers and supermarkets nearby. Very pocket friendly too.

츠텐카쿠랑 동물원 중간에 있어요 더블배드 두 개! 작고 실용적인 욕조! 샤워타월은 100엔주고 다이소에서 샀어요 라피트를 타고 온다면 텐카차야에서 내리면 금방 고속도로 뷰라서 잠자리 소리에 예민하면 어려울지도 동물원 입구에 가까이 있습니다 냉장고도 있고 난방도 적당하고 난 만족햇어요 근츠으픈으즘은블르읍씀

Great location and property. Just wish the water pressure for the shower was stronger.
