Very nice design, near train station, walk around 5-8 mins, staffs are very kind, help me to solve a lot problems. Will come again when I go to Tokyo again. Thanks a lot!

- spacious per Tokyo's standard - real convenient location, 5min walk from subway, 10min walk from JR Akihabara. I even had a night comfortably walking back from Spa LaQua@Tokyo Dome for just around 30min after transit closed - love the bathroom and bathtub, clean and spacious - though I didn't use, the micro-kitchen, laundry machine (with detergent provided already), Netflix-equiped TV, and the vinyl record player are already there to make you feel like at home - staffs are nice and helpful young people - wall paints are stylish, I personally like this more than those typical hotel walls

Very convenient location. Easily accessible through 2 very close Tokyo Metro stations (5 min walk) and 2 JR/Metro stations within 10-15 min walk. Plenty of conbini nearby as well as a variety of restaurants, drug stores, and groceries. Less than 15 minutes walk to the heart of Akihabara Electric Town.

Unique, fantastic and different. Really easy and in great location. Close to food shop, electric town and station.

Spacious and comfortable and excellent location. Need to be okay with limited "front desk" availability and interaction as it is mostly self serve. There are many lights in the room and the switches for some were not all obvious and required some detective work.

Very poor customer service but a cool and unique room.

This was by far the most expensive of the hotels we stayed at during our trip. The idea is cool and artistic but it lacked some of the features of the other hotels. A major sacrifice was with it being self-service no one was available to speak with and no extra amenities were available like extra pillows. I had a hard time sleeping and the beds are extra firm. Also my least favorite location that we stayed at.

The room are very clean, nicely sized and very unique. The nature of the front desk staff only being there sometimes is a bit unconventional but we made work. I would recommend the property for its unique charm!!!

Aucune communication avec le staff. Zéro accueil. Un panneau indique qu’ils sont « at the backyard » toute la journée, mais on ne voit personne. Pas un seul bonjour ni un au revoir. Passez votre chemin si vous cherchez un contact humain. Notre chambre était certes très propre mais il y avait des fleurs fanées couvertes de poussière dans la salle de bain. Pourquoi une telle décoration ?

This is a small, boutique hotel with limited staff. It’s tucked away a bit and might be difficult to find (I took a taxi and the driver had no problem finding it however). There is not a person on duty at all times and there is an automated system for check in. I did have an issue checking in that was only resolved when another guest happened to pass by. There isn’t a key or key card; you are issued a code for your door. My issue was a simple one: the keypad on the door doesn’t look like a keypad (it looks like a touch pad for a key card) and just FYI, the numbers won’t appear until you touch it. I did love my room though: it was very, the art was really cool, and it was by far the largest room I had on my trip. It has an enormous tub, a small kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The hotel has no restaurant (the lobby is about the size of a cafe), but the area is packed with restaurants and shopping. It’s also within walking distance to Ueno Park.

This hotel was a fun & a different experience than we're typically use to. The rooms are definitely quirky & exactly what you see in the photos. The rooms are also a decent size for a family of 4 (we had 2 teenagers travelling with us). A couple things I think the room we stayed in could definitely use (we were in the Wonder Park room) is storage! There are too many "things" sitting around in the room that are not necessary & take up valuable space. The rooms are lacking cabinets, closets, drawers & organization... especially when we are trying to live out of suitcases. Beds were comfy... but the pillows were rock hard. Overall, great stay though.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at BnA Studios in Akihabara. The hotel room was very cool and unique with the artwork being created by local artists. The service was not the best - we tried calling the first evening we were there and no one answered the phone. Whenever we were in the lobby, the staff was present less than half the time. The room was very cold the first night (to be fair, we went in the Winter and this room would have likely been great in the Summer months due to the concrete structure) and the heater didn't seem to work. The second day, we turned the heater off while we were gone and then back on when we returned and thankfully it worked. Overall, the hotel was unique but did leave some to be desired.
