Although the room was smaller than some hotels it was clean and comfortable. There is a spa in the top floor and facilities for laundry, however these cannot be reserved and are frequently in use by other guests.

A couple of days in Hiroshima - the hotel was generally fine but annoying to have one side of the bed wedged up against the wall and the view being directly against the windows of the building next door so we had to keep the curtains closed.

I loved this place, wish I stayed longer.

The location of the hotel was not great. On the day we were leaving we requested a taxi and were told none were available and that we should try to hail one from the street. They did not have staff to assist with luggage. Finally, one of the receptionists agreed to assist in getting a taxi. We appreciated her assistance but the whole matter was difficult. The hotel is too far from the train station to cart your luggage to the streetcar. The breakfast was average at best with only undercooked scrambled eggs as a choice. Overall, our stay was okay but in the future I would choose a hotel closer to the central train station.

Helpful staff

Staff was far and away the most helpful and friendly out of the four hotels my son and I stayed at while visiting Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. We arrived early at the hotel as we were attending an afternoon Carp baseball game and when we got back later that afternoon, the staff had kindly delivered our luggage to our room. Hotel also has onsen which was great for relaxing in the evening.

I stayed here for 1 night. The room wasn’t very clean meaning you can see stain marks here and there. The bed was very low as well and the interior of the room was impractical as in they put a big desk and a chair in the middle of the room. If the desk was on the side of the wall, there would have been more space to open the suitcase. Location was good, close to everything.

Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, spacious rooms!

The room was very small. There were three people staying in the room. We had just come from a Tokyo hotel where we booked a triple too and it was much roomier and nicer. The slippers they provided were used. In the Onsen, women's side, the wallpaper was pealing. Also, this is a small thing but the previous hotels we stayed at offered water at the front desk. This hotel did not. They said we could purchase a beverage. It is the small things that sometimes make a difference.

The best Hotel I've stayed at in Japan. The room was spacious and included many necessities in the room. I would definitely book this hotel again!

Wonderful hotel with an excellent view from the lounge. The breakfast buffet was also very nice. If you are traveling with tattoos pleasenote the spa is not tattoo friendly! We could only go from 11pm-2am and so just went to sleep instead. Otherwise a great experience.

Tiny rooms and bathrooms, not as clean as I expected for a Japanese business hotel, clearly no one vacuums behind the doors.

I loved the outdoor bath on the top floor being open all night. The room had good amenities, though I would have liked to have a green tea bag and/or drip coffee to go with the hot water and nice cups. Also wish I had known that I should have gotten to breakfast at least an hour before the time limit, so as to be able to taste everything on offer (by 9:30, a lot was gone).

Very cozy and near everything

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and modern. The on-site onsen was very convenient and the staff were very helpful! I’d definitely stay here again.
