神户站百夫长大酒店

The walls were a bit thin (we had someone yelling at the kid most of the night next to us), but the room itself was amazing. After a couple nights on harder beds, this bed was like a cloud. The room was very spacious with plenty of room to be able to open our luggage and spread out. The only downfall was our view of the wall right next door, but when you are in a city, someone has to have the wall view.

Good location right near Kobe station. Conveniently located near convience stores. Staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and felt looked after. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Parking slightly expensive just outside but not the hotels fault; to be expected as right near the main station. Would stay again.

Photos look 10x better. Bad neighborhood.

We could detect the odor of cigarette smoke even though the room we had booked was a non-smoking room

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful

just outside of Kobe station, and staff is very friendly, the only thing negative for me is that the breakfast is a bit of costly.

駅近でロケーションは良かったです。駅ホテル間にコンビニもあって便利。ただ写真で見たより部屋のカーペットや家具が年季が入ってる感じでソファに座ってくつろぐっていう発想にはなりませんでした。

Great location. The hotel was ok, the carpets were dirty and it felt a little old. The staff however were very friendly. Good place to stay on a budget.

Pro : Location excellent / Service excelent Con : If you are night owl this place is not suitable cos only 1 bar & 2 Izakaya around here After 10.30pm the whole street is light ghost town.

The room is clean, the location is good, very close to the station.

Out of all the hotels we have been on are trip this was one of the best one the bed was so comfortable i wish i could have stayed there longer

Easy check in, excellent staff

Hotel is situated across the street from kobe station. Hotel room was spacious and clean with a large bed. The rooms have a modern decor. I did not have any issues with the wifi, it was pretty fast considering it was opened to the public. Would stay with again if im back in the area.
