Great central location between upper and lower Hirafu, with roomy-modern condo style layout. Open kitchen/dining/living area with complimentary wine, fruit, eggs, milk, coffee to help you start the day. The only drawback is that Niseko is very quiet in early June, with the restaurants in the hotel and most in the surrounding closed. The coffee shop in Chatrium re-opens in mid-June while other restaurants in Hirafu also re-open thereafter.

Best family vacation hotel. We had a 2-bedroom apartment. The 2 kids had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had complimentary breakfast in the dining room every morning and even cooked dinner in the open kitchen one night.

I like the two room design, with independent shower rooms. Love the kitchen and the living room, very comfortable.
The biggest selling point of the very expensive room rate was the view of Mt. Yotei. But there's a high rise building standing in the very middle of the view, blocking almost 40% of Mt. Yotei view from our room. The room rate was not worth it.
Also soundproof was bad too. I could hear clearly how loud the people on the street were at 1am.

附近就有兩間便利店，十分方便。走大概2分鐘就有巴士到俱知安JR站。房間舒適乾淨，有小廚房，但可惜兩人房沒有浴缸，也沒有桌子供進食，不然就完美了。和Base不算遠，但是酒店有免費Shuttle去Base，只需要跟前台說就會安排，就不用拿著裝備上山，省下體力滑雪。下次還會入住。

Staff was great. My room was ready so I was able to check in early. Free shuttle service to the mountain. I hired a snowboard from Rhythm Japan and the hotel a return collection area. Made things super easy.

Niseko great place for skiing ⛷️ whilst spring and not powder we enjoyed our stay with staff very friendly and helpful. Certainly recommended as place to stay with location and access to the mountains ideal. Will be back for the powder and stay at the Chatrium.

The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities, including a shuttle to and from the mountain, arranging a ride to the airport, ski lockers and complimentary food upon arrival. Will absolutely book here again for our next holiday!

Two bedroom apart hotel was nicely appointed. Welcome basket with breakfast foods was a nice touch. Staff members who drove ski shuttles were wonderful. Close to lots of restaurants and food trucks.
