All good.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. The room was clean. The price was great. Walkable to everywhere in Yokohama. Trains were close for day trips.

Always stay here when I’m In Yokohama area.

Absolutely loved our stay here, super clean, bed was really comfortable, staff were so polite and helpful and so many places nearby, would definitely stay here again if I ever come back 😊

Amazing for a short stay. Close to major tourist attractions and right next to Subway station. Glad to find out that major store like Don Qijote is right around the corner.

Every front desk staffs are very nice and very helpful. The breakfast buffet , they serve the same kind of foods every day! I can’t get my refund back because I booked on line. I suggest do not pay your breakfast in advance. Pay as you go.

The room was clean and spacious. I asked for a nonsmoking room but the room and hallways had a lingering cigarette smell. The outside of the hotel looks nicer and less outdated than the room I got. I did not like that there was no AC I could control nor a window I could open. It was very hot and stuffy. I did like that there was a station and a Lawson right outside the hotel entrance.

Good location, clean and easy check in and out.

The negative is the smell cigarettes which I can have a headache. I wish you have lunch and dinner too, like some other hotels.

It has a subway station right in front and the travel time to the water front takes 10 minutes for a fare of 210 yen. Great bonus as this hotel is in the suburbs. The staff speaks very little English. Value for money if one is prepared to use public transport.

Staff was kind and helpful. Room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was nonsmoking.

Location was good but air conditioner doesn’t work, it was really hot and dry whole night even though chilly outside. Washing machine were just 2 but one of them was broken so couldn’t use at all. There are some laundry spots near the hotel, however, choose to stay at hotel so I hoped that can do laundry in the accommodation where I stayed.

It was nice place to stay but the smell of the room was bad because of cigarettes
