隔音不太好，但還可以接受 Check-in的員工不太專業 但後來遇到其他本地日本員工服務就比較好 早餐有附甜甜圈，都是甜的口味 還是把胃口省下來去吃其他美食了

We r 5 members family staying at the big room with its own restroom & shower room.the good thing is the luggage can be left till 18:00 after checkout which is very convenient before we departure to airport. Good place we may stay again.

訂了3人房，住了5晚，旁邊是混合床位，很多人出出入入很吵，隔音不行。 廁所及浴室清潔一般，有味道 共用廁所男女混合不方便又尷尬 房間很髒，有灰塵及頭髮，晚上睡覺皮膚很癢，被子及床都好污糟 房間沒有清潔，員工不友善，太可怕了 沒想到有這麼多好評現實卻相反 每天都想趕快離開，很差勁的體驗

附近沒有什麼設施，不近地鐵站

店員服務親切，能提供及時的幫助，住宿環境整潔舒適。位於巷弄中，房間安靜，距離大馬路不遠，交通也很方便。

良いレベルです。静かな方。チェックインに内容同意サインが必要。

The pictures in the booking does are a bit misleading as the structure is not an hotel but a hostel for younger people. As a family I would have preferred a more comfortable room layout as we parents are not in the younger age. The two below beds are quite low, hard (maybe Japanese style) and difficult to access as there is a pole in the middle of the two single beds. I booked the family room for 4 people. They were kind enough thigh to give me a mattress topper to try to make them bed less hard. The bathroom was quite weird to access as the doors to enter the toilet and the bathroom had to be open and closed alternatively. The bathroom door was impeding the use of the sink of open. We used the entire tatami part to open the luggages. As I said being a 4 people room you can't expect to have 1 luggage... Common wash machine was on another floor and was out of soap so we did a wash for nothing. Luckily I had my own soap so I could do another (you after not supposed to use extra/own washing soap). Keep in mind that there is no space to hang the wet clothes and there during function takes 2 hours. The is a little kitchen near the entrance with free coffee and pastry for your morning breakfast. It may be a nice place for young people to stay but not for a middle age family with teenager kids.

家族で2泊したのですがスタッフさんも親切でとても良かったです。

Good size room for 4 people. The hotel is a bit for from the train station. About 15-20 minute walk. There is a closer one, but that line isn’t used to go to the main tourist areas. Quiet area. They have one laundry machine- do small loads because it doesn’t dry well

The room was very tight, but it was prettyuch as described. The one issue we had was with the rungs used to access the upper bunk bed. They were tubular in shape and were somewhat hard on the feet. They were also quite slippery while wearing socks. Other than that, it was a nice property.

場所もいいしスタッフがとても、感じ良かったです。清掃も行き届いてる。また利用したいです

Pods were spacious, staff was incredible and informative. Easy to get too and find. Wonderful lounge area.

Staff were lovely. Room was simple but quite cosy and cheap. Amenities were clean. Free donut in the morning

Staying there feels like being surrounded by family. The Staff is a bunch of wunderful, caring and nice people. Love them so much. Hugs, Toni-san
