Hotel is good and comfy with all the basic needs that you need. It even has a complimentary breakfast. Staff very accomodating and if you arrive early which we did you have to wait for the check in time, they wont let you check in early. This hotel is good for short stay.

Very great staff, they were amazing and kind to my kids. Staff was very helpful in locating the post office as well. I enjoyed breakfast and the kids enjoyed the arts and crafts set out after breakfast. The rooms are a little tight and you can only really see the main street from our room, but the room was clean and the hotel had free umbrella and bike usage. We didnt have a chance to use the bikes but I found it very convenient. Overall enjoyed our brief stay.

Property close to station. Not good hotel for vegetarians.staff are excellent.

A business hotel close to Toyama train station. Mr. Watanaba at the front desk was excellent, helping us to plan Japan Alpine route. He did a great job. Breakfast is ok.

The free breakfast in the morning is delicious! Theres so much variety...honestly its such a huge plus. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. Service is top notch. Laundry is cheap and efficient (watch out for the dryer though, it does dry your clothes in very high heat). Rooms are a bit smaller than expected, but good enough for a short stay.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the breakfast was quite below average, then, the coffee and many of the food items ran out before the breakfast time was scheduled to end. The staff was attentive but they had substandard materials and too little product to work with. Offering a free breakfast sounds like a nice perk, and it would be if it didn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Property is old and time for renovation. The in room tv is very small.

The hotel is walking distance from Toyama station and surrounded by rent a car companies and shopping areas free drinks were good but in other hotels that I have stayed we got snacks. Breakfast was good but need more variety if you are staying for several days. Same offerings.

I enjoyed staying here during my time in Toyama. The breakfast was always good with many options, and the staff were wonderful.

Hotel was not that near station, maybe 5 or 6min walk. I got caught in rain as there were no shelters. Biggest discomfort was the thin pillow provided, had a bad night sleep. Hotel provided good complimentary breakfast. 2nd return had a double room. Very spacious by Japn standard. Clean and easy access.

We stayed one night in this property as we were transiting through Toyama. The hotel is very close to the JR station. We found breakfast at our designated time a bit crowded.

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Very close to the train station and several spots for food.

Near station

Nearly perfect for my needs. I frequently use Comfort Hotels in Japan, and they are very consistent in convenience and comfort. The only slight negative was that I thought breakfast could have been better. At 7.30am all 3 fruit smoothies were no longer available and there was no attempt to refill.

As I expected, it’s designed for business travelers. Room is small but very comfortable and clean Very close to train and bus stations.
