The room was pretty comfortable. The bed was the downside. Due to the layout & size of the room it seems everyone sits on the one side of the bed near the desk. So for two of us one of us had to sleep in the middle to avoid rolling off the bed. I think the mattresses could use an upgrade. The bathroom was comfortable. Glad the window opened because otherwise we had no control over the climate in the room. The hotel was comfortable enough for the price.

The room is very small. We have two suitcases. Then we have not space for our steps.

breakfast is Japanese- I couldn't eat fish or meet at 07:00

Close to highway and many good restaurants nearby

A bit far to walk to local stores but the parking was very convenient - quite a bargain for this price

Nice location if you travel by car. Fair price and roomy bathroom. The sheets were a little bit stained.

The manager and her employees were excellent and friendly. The wifi, allegedly free, was really unreliable in some spots.

The hotel staff were so nice. So many restaurants around. Near from the beautiful Suwa lakeside. Recommend for friends and family too.

We only stayed one night as part of a long drive. Hotel staff very helpful & friendly, recommended a wonderful local restaurant to us that has great food and great value. Their breakfast buffet is also very substantial.

A Clean, New and Convenient Hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs tried their best with their limited English to guide us to shopping malls and attractions. Though room is small but with clean beds (1 Double and 1 single on top) that can sleep up to 3 adults. Small bathroom but with all toiletries provided and good hot shower. Good Wifi and next to McDonald's and restaurants. It is a good value for money hotel, highly recommended to all travellers.

One night, enjoyed seeing non tourist Japan, suburban strip location, no public transportation

Perfect for an affordable weekend trip to Suwa. Car parking is included, and the staff are friendly. However, they speak only a little English. Have a good trip!

Check-in was easy, the room was clean and comfortable - but small for this westerner but adaption needed. The Hotel is located near great restaurants and late night shopping available nearby. This is the second time we have stayed here because we like what we get and that includes no surprises

excellent value for money, staff very helpful, small rooms, room and bathroom very clean, originally booked 7 nights stayed for one extra night before moving onto Kyoto.

Clean and new room: simple but enough for one night. Clean bathroom equipped with basic amenities. Strong and hot shower. Efficient check-in and out handled by friendly and smiling staff! The hotel is well-located nearby restaurants. Thank you !!

清潔感あり、トイレ、風呂の空間が広く、快適でした。 朝食を取る予定が、時間がなくて取れなくて、残念でした。

スタッフの対応がフレンドリーで良いです。値段はリーズナブルですが、施設、サービスともひ値段以上の価値を感じました。

スタッフの対応が　とても良かった。 フロントの隣にある　コーヒー☕️とレモン水🍋のサービスはGoodですね。 また利用させていただきます。

朝食は個人的にコスパが良くないかな。
