地點好. C P值高。

優點：價格便宜，地點佳，屋主回應迅速，房間大，冷氣強，廚房設備算齊全。 缺點：浴廁沒分開有點不方便，沙發床鋼骨結構躺到會痛，要一直喬姿勢睡覺。

the place does not look safe. one of the worst places we have ever stayed.

Wi-Fi speed is terrible, most of time can’t use. Frankly not recommended

住宿沒有提供該大樓出入的照片，打了國際電話聯絡Hotels.com 才有聯繫，我們在外頭很冷的天氣四度，站了一小時！ 飯店提供的照片，跟現場不符！

少し焼肉の臭いが残っていた。 ウォシュレットがなかった。

2泊3日でタオルが1日分しかない。 別途料金がかかる。→書かれていなかった タオルないと思って持ってきて良かった 小さいゴキブリが出た シャワーカーテンが尿臭がして、臭いの原因だった。カーテンにカビもあってバスタブも狭いので、とても臭いにおいを我慢しながらシャワーしなければならない。苦痛だった。 部屋に時計が無かったので不便。 シャンプー、半分、水？薄まってる。水っぽい、何プッシュもしないと頭が洗えない テーブルのティッシュ空のまま補充されてなかった。 電子レンジ使わなかったが、大きい冷蔵庫、冷凍庫ありちゃんと使えた。 オーナー、管理人とメールのやり取りができる。レスポンスが早い。 テレビが線が抜けてたの気づかなかった付かなくて 初期設定をしなければならなかった、かなり時間を取られた。 洗濯機、乾燥機あるのは良かった 部屋は広く、床も綺麗に掃除されていた。 冷房もよく効く 窓を開けても、隣のビルなので気にすることはない チェックインが16時からなので早く着きすぎると近辺に休めるところもない。暑くて廊下で待つのが熱中症になりそうだった。真夏は注意が必要 Earlyチェックインの料金が書かれていない。すれば良かったです。 隣の部屋のドアの開閉音が響くために、自分のドアが空いたように感じる恐怖。女性は鍵をちゃんと閉めるように注意が必要です。

Mold in the bathroom neighborhood was not a good area front it really difficult to find. Really noisy with the front street

Hello, the property is fine if everyone is an adult. If there are any children, you should find something else. The property is close to the red light district and is surrounded by bars and those experiencing homelessness. As such, there is definitely an unsafe and unsavory element that is just impossible to escape. A few examples, on my first night there - I couldn't enter my room...There was a very drunk man relieving himself outside of the building. You may be wondering what did I see...Let's just say, i wasn't impressed and it wasn't that cold outside. On my second night I saw a man beating his, what I assume is, wife just outside the family mart on the corner. To be honest, i considered filing a complaint and requesting a full refund. Luckily, I was only staying 2 days - otherwise I would have!

⚫︎部屋中の見える所にゴキブリ駆除剤のブラックキャップが置いてあり驚きました。 ⚫︎ユニットバスはカビがあり、臭かったです。 ⚫︎シャワーヘッドを固定するフックはグラグラしていました。 ⚫︎ドライヤーは温風がでなく壊れていました。 ⚫︎テレビ台が黒かったので、埃が目立ちました。 ⚫︎場所がわかりにくかったです。建物にホテル名の看板がなかったので、記載の住所に建物名を載せるか、外観の写真を載せるかすると親切かと思います。エレベーターにも降りたフロアにもホテル名がないので不安になりました。建物の入口もわかりにくいので、入口の写真があるとわかりやすいです。

This “hotel” takes the top position for the worst place I’ve ever stayed. It will make our stay in Osaka so memorable just because of how bad it was. 1) It requires a 5 page PDF of instructions to find the entrance and get into the place, because this is NOT a hotel, 2) the room entrance looks like you’re opening up a storage locker, 3) the room is non-smoking, but there’s a smoking area inside the unventilated hallway right next to the room anyway, 4) the bathroom was infested so badly with mould I was concerned that my family would become ill from spending time there, 5) the shower curtain covered only 1/4 of the shower bath, however it smelled so bad we didn’t use it anyway, 6) the small double and small double sofa bed in the “family” room are very uncomfortable. Only stay here if you cannot afford anywhere else.

This place is very dirty and smells terrible. It's really bad.

あまり治安がいいエリアではないので、子供や女性は少し不安かもしれません。トイレットペーパーも使い途中で予備がなく使い切ってしまった。自分で用意しなければならなかった。 お風呂はユニットバスでした。 足音が響きやすく気を使った。 値段が安いので許容範囲でした。 もう少し値段が高かったら泊まらないと思います。

The photos are better than real, and the toilet is tiny and very humid. Out of it, the size of the room is good, but the neighborhood is not good, a bit freek but safe in general. The homeless in Japan are polite, they do not ask for a change as in other parts of the world

This room was a great size for our family and had a lot of storage for luggage. The area is quiet and close to the train station and with lots of food options.

お風呂の匂いが気になったのと、チェックアウトのやり方が書かれたのを送られてくるのがチェックアウトした数日後で困りました。

場所が非常にわかりにくい。太陽ビルまで住所に記載してほしい。清潔感もなかった。備品のバスタオルや冷蔵庫内にも髪の毛がついていたり、部屋にも綿ぼこりががいっぱいあり、自分で掃除機を掛けました。良かった点は部屋が広かった所くらいです。

今回初めてアパート形式のホテルを利用したが、次回はもう滞在したく無いです。とにかくアパートの入り口がわかんなくってアパートの周りをウロウロ探し歩いて、泊まれないかと思った。入り口の写真を付属するべきだと思う。部屋はとにかく寒くって「12月23日の滞在」エアコンを付けてたけど夜中はその音で眠れなかったし、Wi-Fiの繋がり方が最悪で玄関先しか使えなかった。

Very convenient location as it is approximate to two metro station and the nankai station. The flat is quite spacious for 4 guests. It’s clean.
