I was extremely disappointed with the check-in experience at this hotel in Nagoya. During check-in, the front desk staff repeatedly insisted that my Mastercard could only be processed by inserting or swiping the card, and they claimed the payment could not go through. I clearly explained that I have used the exact same card at other Marriott hotels in different countries without any issue, and I was certain the card was fully functional with sufficient credit available. However, both the female front desk staff and her male colleague kept insisting that the problem was with my card. Later, an international manager also came over and immediately assumed there was an issue with my card instead of properly checking the payment method itself. I repeatedly asked them to simply try contactless payment (Tap). They did not believe it would work. After multiple unnecessary discussions, I finally requested to try it myself — and the payment was successfully authorized immediately via Tap. This entire situation was frustrating because the issue was clearly caused by the staff’s lack of understanding regarding credit card payment methods, yet throughout the process they continued treating it as if the customer was at fault. I have stayed at many Japanese hotels and Marriott properties around the world, and honestly, this was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant check-in experiences I have ever encountered. 附近有donki，行去名古屋站13 分鐘左右，幾方便。酒店自助早餐好吃。

酒店環境衛生很好，很舒適，唯一是要到名古駅站步行很遠，在34度的高溫下步行是非常辛苦。

床和枕頭很好睡，飯店都有淡淡的香味，在榮和車站的中間，地理位置很棒，旁邊還有唐吉軻德！

Overall, my stay was satisfactory. However, there were a couple of minor issues. The TV remote had a Netflix button, but unfortunately, the service was not available. Additionally, the room’s soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the hallway was quite noticeable.

Stayed for 4 nights and 1 night in another week. Room is perfect with sufficient space. Quiet with excellent view. Amenities are good and everything you need is well prepared. You could definitely take a good rest here everyday. Also, a biiiiiiig TV. *Specially thanks to the front staff from HK, really helpful and experienced an enjoyable stay because with his help. :)

1.房間乾淨、寬敞、舒適，質感很好。洗沐浴品及身體乳的味道好聞，床也很好睡。 2.飯店位置有點尷尬，在名古屋站和伏見站之間，不管從哪一站走，都有點距離。我是坐計程車過來。 3.樓上蹦跳或腳步聲重一些，我這間在八樓就聽的很清楚。否則，其實滿安靜的。 4.飯店對面走路5分鐘就有唐吉軻德可以採買，2樓藥妝、餅乾、糖果、飲料和生鮮都有，3樓則是生活用品、藥妝和電器。 5.有咖啡、茶包等飲品；每日會提供住客每人兩罐礦泉水。 6.飯店一樓有餐廳，附近也有超商或餐廳。或走到隔壁條街，餐廳選擇更多了。 7.早餐食材新鮮，不過，奇怪的是沒有咖啡現煮機，而是提供咖啡桶。 8.健身房很不錯，要刷房卡才能進入，裡面有提供毛巾和飲用水。 9.建議要選有浴缸的房型，可以舒服的泡個澡。 113.09.14(六）、113.09.15（日）兩晚

Hotel is good, but their principles are more important than service 1. Our family stayed for 7 nights. This is an excellent base to explore Nagoya city. The hotel is 8 to 10-minute walk to Fushimi subway station. The hotel atmosphere is excellent. It is very clean and comfortable, with good service.

整體感覺良好，前台服務態度很好，check in 時還主動提供早餐折扣優惠，但在餐廳簽單仍然是正價，這方面住客要留意一下。早餐質素不錯，稍嫌食品偏西式多些，但仍可一試！當日下午check in 後要找餐廳醫肚，服務台告之很多餐廳會休息，主動上網代查並推薦了在附近(御園通)的一間餐廳，吃了超好味的炸豬扒餐，感覺酒店人員非常helpful和可靠！交通方面亦頗近地鐵站。房間空間整潔、亮麗、寬敞，贊！
