A very nice hotel however the wifi can be slow and the screen mirroring to the tv from phone is slow as well

The room comes with a massage chair which is fantastic when you’re tired, but I can’t put even my eye glass before I sleep by side of the bed cause it doesn’t have any side table or bench or a chair which is very inconvenient to occupants. Small toilet and shower, not any space for amenities nor clothes towels etc. Hotel is clean and tidy, not close to station. Won’t stay again.

Very nice hotel with good sized rooms (especially for a Japanese hotel) Only complaint is that concierge cannot help you with calls or reservations and the fridge was not on. I lost $30 of strawberries because there’s no sign that tells you the fridge is off

祇園の駅から近く中洲にも近いので便利でした。部屋は非常に綺麗で、快適でした。また宿泊したいです。

We only stayed here on our last night. The staff were friendly & kept our luggage after our checkout, since our flight was late afternoon.

The staff is not very smart and not customer friendly. Make us feel offended and not welcomed

I was very mislead when booking this hotel. We had booked this hotel due to the photos and reviews but when checking in, the room was disheveled, carpets lifted, broken fridge door, chipped hangers and an unhealthy amount of dust in the room corners. To sum it short this hotel is definitely NOT worth the price, you are much better off booking another hotel nearby.

The room is quite new and clean. Breakfast is delicious and provides a variety of choices. Many restaurants and shops nearby. If more hooks and towel rack can be provided in the bathroom, it will be perfect.

The room is comfortable and the staff is so kind to help us if we meet any problem.
