Despite we have to cut short our trip due to emergency, we think the hotel is a great one in terms of location, condition of the property and the ambience. We will stay there again.

Massive lobby, but a little vacuous, not sure why the lobby is so huge. The room was spacious and a large comfortable bathroom however the room was extremely bland in design. Great location and good value for money but overall the place was very bland and could be so much more. I don't think the hotel was particularly busy but even so there was a wait list for breakfast

Well located in an area with many shops and restaurants. Located next to a tram line - it's not located at the Shinkansen station - you will likely need to take a taxi if you have luggage. Otherwise the tram can take you between the station and hotel. You can also walk to the ferry terminal for Sakurajima (~20min walk). We booked a room specifically as it was a Sakurajima view room. You should note that the room is not facing directly at Sakurajima - you need to be standing at the window and look to the left. The window also has a wire mesh across it so it's not a fully clear view. If the view of Sakurajima is important for you, then it may not be worthwhile booking the Sakurajima view room.

Excellent location for shopping, transit and dining. Rooms are comfortable - a little dusty in places but sheets and bathroom were clean. Checkin process is a little awkward with a reception desk and then trip to an atm type kiosk to receive keys and complete the process. Lots of toiletries/coffee/tea type amenities available.

Location was perfect!

The room was small so one side of the bad was against the wall. The view wasn't as advertised. The breakfast was not very good. Cold fish. Limited choices. Below average coffee.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, especially the breakfast was very good. The only inconvenient problem was that there was not parking lot in the hotel, and we should walk to and from the parking tower for around a few minutes 😉

Quiet hotel at a major part of the city. Convenient and safe. Parking however was not on site and was around 5 to 10 mins to get to.

What a perfect choice and the view was amazing. Location great right by shopping and restaurants. Would stay again!

Nice hotel can see the Sakurajima. Very convenient it connect to shopping Mall. Around a lot of shopping street and restaurant.

Friendly and professional hotel. Modern with very clean and cpnfortable rooms. Easy access to the city centre. Great selection of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity

The hotel was conveniently located, was relatively new compared to other hotels around the city centre of Kagoshima. Staff are friendly.

The location was excellent as it was close to ferry access to Mt Sakurajima, the Tenmonkan shopping district as well as the Kagoshima Station. Think the hotel is relatively new and more oriented towards business. But still overall good service from reception. Got adjacent rooms for my family of 3, but the rooms are a little uncomfortable for 2 pax, but perfect for a single. Check in and check out service was easy. Had a decent view of Mt Sakurajima (not full frontal view). Hotel lobby on the 7th floor. Don’t be surprised that taxis from the Kagoshima station will drop you on the opposite side of the hotel. There are some road restrictions during peak hours I think, but it’s easy to cross as there is a traffic junction.

Grear location and a room was very nice with good amenities.

I could not access the hotel’s cooperative parking lot, as it was full. Eventually I parked my car on other parking lot and ends up pay 4550 yen for overnight.

The hotel is in great location if you are using public transportation. The property is very new, very clean, and high tech. We enjoyed staying the property.

everything is clean and nice, we particularly love the massage chair and the mountain view.
