The janitorial staff and performance was superb! Every thing was spotless, the staff was cheerful and the clean -up periods were flexible. Big plus for our group. Mr. Higa was very helpful in fixing a booking problem in the middle of the night with a tired frustrated group. Good job!

Location was keen to my travel plans in the area

My husband and I stayed here after a night out in Naha. The rooms are very affordable considering this is one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in for this price. The room was clean and has all the amenities you'll need for a night stay. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and speak English.

Such a convenient location. One staff in particular was super helpful The room was clean The only issues I have were the housekeeping always put their carts right next to my room so I would hear them in the morning and there was no English on the TV. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet but if you don’t like Japanese food you’ll be very disappointed because the only Western type food they had was the salad and the fruits everything else was all Okinawa type of foods which I happen to love but I think many Westerners aren’t like me. No egg station where you could order eggs the way you want they did have scrambled eggs and they did have something that resembled a French toast but didn’t taste like French toast at all. For me I give this hotel two thumbs up for location. service and convenience.

Good location for me, staff very friendly & helpful

We reserved a Room on the Internet, we had a juice of single Bed or two Beds, the Room size was supposed to be the same. As it turned out our Room was. The size of a walk in Clothet, They would not change the Room even I offered to pay more. Breakfast is a complete disaster, waiting in Line to be seated even 50% of the Tables are free. They do not have enough Staff.

Overall was very nice and clean! Super lovely hotel!! Only downfall we would say is it would need ore than 2 little pillows 😅😅 It was so nice being connected to a lot of food / restaurants, and also has a 24 hour Family Mart connected downstairs! Also, parking should be waived if you are staying in the hotel vs charging 1,000¥.

I like it because of its convenient location, which is next to the monorail station. The room is clean and spacious though it is a bit old style.

This hotel was in a great location. Easy access to the monorail and the main shopping and eating area on Kokusai-dori. Hotel breakfast was amazing with Okinawan cuisine and many other dishes. On the way out each guest is given an Okinawan doughnut and nice take away coffee. Staff at reception and breakfast were all very friendly. Highly recommend this property. Room was generous in size, a little tired but extremely comfortable and clean.

Location is at the kokusai shopping strip. It’s connected to the rail at the 2nd level. Extremely convenient.

Good location, connected to the monorail station. The hotel is located near one end of Kokusaidori. The room is clean and comfortable. Good quality for the price paid.

The location is very convenient and the buffet breakfast is wonderful. The staff are very polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip.
