Hotel is in a fairly quiet location away from crazy tourist crowds. It’s near Asakusa. Customer service was excellent. The minimal double room is VERY small. Like smaller than any room in NYC or others in Tokyo. If you have checked luggage, book a larger room. The comforter was very plush and comfortable but the mattress was hard. The design of the hotel is very modern and chic and it was very clean everywhere. Quality of breakfast food was quite on-par with breakfast buffets in budget hotels in the US (so basically, below-average quality).

Really nice design of the room, although it may be too small space for some people so make sure to check the room size before booking. Amenities provided and staff are fantastic

The room was reasonable comfortable and clean. Shower is superior. The minimal has no television.

The staff very kindly moved us to a different room after a noisy night adjacent to the 6 lane arterial street in front of the hotel.

We didn’t sleep well here. Noise from the traffic street and trains passing, hard beds, soft feather pillows.

Very comfortable stay, room was a little small but as we were in Tokyo didn’t spend that much time in the room so it was perfect. The cleanliness and style of the hotel was spot on.

Amazing location

Amazing place. Beautiful setting, fantastic cafe with great coffee and lovely soaps and shampoos. The rooms are tiny but clean and contain brilliant showers. The star or the show is the incredibly kind and helpful staff.

Great, simple hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were excellent and the coffee was outstanding.

Room was compact but comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast, a pared down but delicious selection of both Japanese and Western choices. Would stay here again, although next time we would opt for the large room which unfortunately was not available for our dates.

Very much loved our time in this hotel. The hotel has a great minimalistic aesthetic and staff were extremely accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we're in Tokyo.

The DDD hotel was really cool, we loved our stay. A highlight was the coffee shop on the second floor, which turns into an amazing lounge at night. The drinks and music were fantastic, and the espresso in the morning was extremely well made. The rooms were very comfortable and well designed. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Great hotel, with great taste. If you want a quiet room, ask for a room with no views (main road can be loud at times!)
