Close to the shopping and nightlife of Fukuoka!

Convenient location walkable to yatais and shopping. Room itself was warm, humid and had a strong musty smell. Air-conditioning was turned off as central air was used for heating only due to the colder weather. Had to ask hotel staff to open the windows to air out the room. As hotel is located close to the shopping arcade, it was quite loud with windows opened. Breakfast had a good spread and smoothies were a delight.

The room was clean and the water pressure of the shower was excellent. I approached the front desk staff and tried to ask them to help for a table reservation as this restaurant do not provide online booking. The staff rejected and said they cannot make reser reservation for me which was disappointed.

Nice facility, great staff, convenient location, close to restaurants.

Everything is good. It is perfect if the hotel can provide shower cap.

Hot spring inside the hotel was a bonus and very relaxing!

Location is great. Room is small but with big TV. Bathroom is clean

Very good 7-11 downstairs. Very near to evening street food stalls. Shopping areas within around 10-minute walk. Room we stayed in was very small, although bathroom size was good.

Location was convenient. Close to canal and dining. They get a slightly lower rating from me because the beds and pillows were really hard! We enjoyed the breakfast.

Near to Tenjin-minae station (3 mins). Daily breakfast is Japanese style with bread/toast. Area dining places only open in the night

New and modern, clean. Rooms a little small and not the closest to transport but location overall is good. Free water and water from tap also suitable for drinking. Having a 7/11 downstairs in the same building was extremely convenient.

It was a very convenient location and you can much walk to the shopping or dining areas around Tenjin!

Hotel is ok but maybe a little too expensive for the room size. Breakfast was 1600 yen (approx 8 euro) which is expensive for Japan and to be honest it was not great.

My family stayed 5 nights. It was great location and convenient to all the food, shopping and nite life

Location is good! But remember to request high floor as I stayed on 3rd floor facing air-conditioner machines having some noise.

The hotel is new and the facilities are new. It is comfortable to stay there.

I requested with the staff if I could checkout an extra 30 minutes late. I was not advised that here would be a charge and when I went to the front desk they charged from 1000JPY. I explained that it was only a short overstay and no one had told me it would cost me a fee. If I had been told that, I wouldn't have rushed to come down at 11:30am or I would have made sure not to checkout beyond 11am. Furthermore, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Nice! Have 3 7-11 around, Esay for finding food.
