The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was specially great with so many selections. Parking was free and easy, and the property was next to the beautiful park which we enjoyed the peak season of cherry blossoms. We had a room with full view of beautiful Mt.Fuji. We would stay here again, probably during the autumn color season.

Love the breakfast there and especially the 9:30 pm noodles. Property need to brighten the hallway and bedding is a little hard for us. All staff are very helpful overall.

Very clean and new amenities. Wonderful onsen facilities and daily breakfast. Roof top foot bath views of mt. fuji. Free ice cream and soba noodles!

This is a hotel beside a beautiful wood and garden with a wonderful onsen/spa and a FABULOUS view of Mt Fuji. The rooftop footbath with Fuji view is superb. Unfortunately, the hotel is best for guests who have a car or are happy to taxi everywhere.

The hotel offers beautiful sunrise view of Fuji at the roof top.
Food options are limited around the hotel though, just a pan cake cafe next door (closes at 6pm). If you arrive late and don't feel like venturing far for food, you can seek consolation from the hotel vending machine.

Soba and ice cream are delicious. Onsen facility is good. Location is not convenient if you do not have a car. Free shuttle to Gotemba Premium Outlet is 15mins walk from hotel.

Stayed 1 night at the hotel, room is rather spacious for a Dormy Inn and comfortable for 2 people, Hotel facilities are great, there is an ones, foot bath, laundry, supper (free noodles at 9.30pm) and other snacks during the day. Enjoy my stay!

Love the staff, nice and helpful. Love the breakfast buffet. Location close to gotemba outlet. An hour bus ride to lake kawaguchi. Hotel is clean. Overall a pleasant stay.

The Dormy Inn was a great placeto stay in Gotenba. Nearly all our fellow guest were Japanese. The service was great and they had a small but super nice Onsen with a cold plunge and a sauna included. The setting is surrounded by trees, but it's close to ammenities. There was a great view of Fuji-san.
