Location , Facilities and Food are nice . It even have onsen and free ramen at night.
You can arrive the cloest tram station ard 3 mins which is a main transportation among the city . And it just locate in a shopping street with all kind of shops and restaurant.
But what make me unremarkable is the active and warm service from their staff . During my trip in Matsuyama , I lost my wallet and that is a big trouble to me .
But the supportive and caring service from the hotel's staff make me feel better and have a direction to handling that situation . They truly want to help me come over that difficuit moment .
It is grateful to have such a hotel in Matsuyama

A very friendly hotel right at the center of the city. They have a foot bath area outside of the lobby, open to the public. They even serve ice bar or Yakut drinks outside of the hot spring as well as late super hot noodle.

You can arrive the cloest tram station ard 3 mins which is a main transportation among the city . And it just locate in a shopping street with all kind of shops and restaurant.
But what make me unremarkable is the active and warm service from their staff . During my trip in Matsuyama , I lost my wallet and that is a big trouble to me .
But the supportive and caring service from the hotel's staff make me feel better and have a direction to handling that situation . They truly want to help me come over that difficuit moment .
It is grateful to have such a hotel in Matsuyama
