Great hotel with small but functional bedroom and many amenities. Free noodles were being offered and hot drinks etc in the happy hour. Great staff. Close to the train station and walkable to attractions like the river, Okayama Castle and Kenrokuen Gardens.

Pillow is a bit hard. I think it could be changed if request. I stayed 2 nights and only pressed the "change towels button". The towel bag was hung on my door handle. They didn’t come inside to do cleanup (i.e. rubbish bag also not changed). I saw someone put towel bag inside "used towel" in the onsen area. It is not very hygiene if it places clean towel again.

Dormy Inn is always so reliable. The public bath is well maintained, and the room was clean!

The hotel is excellent. Free drinks and free ramen at night. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a bit far from Okayama station, but it's walkable.

Good location

This is a very large chain of hotels throughout Japan with accommodations of differing categories such as Express and Premium. If you stayed in one, you know pretty much what to expect in others. These are comfortable. The staff is polite and they are great value. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and the spa very nice as well. I would stay here again. It's located just a few minutes walking from the Okayama JR station. And, it's a 25 minute walk to the Garden and Castle. Also, it's very close to many restaurants. Recommended.

Location was a easy 10 minute walk from the train station. Check in was a breeze, staff super helpful and all this while there was some drama going on with a European guest. The room was generous by Japanese standards and the AC was perfect. During my stay, the housekeeping staff was very attentive.The rooftop onsen was wonderful. I have come to count on Dormy Inn properties as a go-to in Japan.

New, clean hotel near JR Okayama Station. You can't beat the location: Lots of shops and restaurants around such as Aeon Mall, Ichiban-gai (underground shopping area at the station), Takashimaya Department store. The Nishigawa Ryokudo Park (canal area) is nearby. Also, you can easily go to Okayama castle by using the street car. This popular hotel chain is known for its free hot spring, popsicles, and yonaki soba (ramen), in which my family didn't show any interest. What I loved about this hotel is its laundry area. It was so clean, easy to use, and functional. It really helped our stay!

Like all Dormy hotels I’ve stayed in this one was perfect. Pristine, modern, helpful staff, good breakfast. And a great onset, Japanese public bath.

Nice clean not too old property with basic amenities. Onsen was a nice bonus.

Small room but they have everything we needed. Hot spring bath was excellent

They have a wide variety drinking bar and ramen late dinner for stay in customers. Also, free ice cream bar is for stay in customers after spa. Love it all

They supply free TONARI-soba in late night, that’s was my first time to know, great service !

A lot of dining and shopping options nearby. Felt the onsen was chlorinated so not sure if it was “natural”.
