大阪谷町自然温泉多米饭店

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. Check in and check out was quick, the hotel let us store our bags for the afternoon after checkout. The complimentary ramen and ice cream was a lovely surprise and much needed after a long flight. The onsen on the top floor was a relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff’s English needs to be improved

A little away from the core busy parts of osaka, however it is close to a fire station so you will hear the sirens at random times

Loved the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was there were guests (Moms) with their children utilizing the Onsen. These guests allowed the children to run around, yell, and splash, as if they were at a pool in a park or at home. My understanding is Onsen are for relaxing and meditating and on that particular evening it was not able to. Perhaps the staff needs to monitor that area a little more. Other than that this place was great.

It is right in the middle of all the tourist attractions, and a lot of train stations all within a 15 min walk!

Complicada, activaron la alarma a las 2:00 am nos levantaron con alarmas por incendio y nunca nos dijeron que pasó. Cuando tratamos de evacuar tocó salir por el ascensor que olía a quemado por que las escaleras estaban cerradas con llave.

Staff is nice. The location is not ideal. It needs some effort to walk to the subway.

Location is best and hot spring made relaxed during travel time.

It was wonderful from start to finish! Staff was super friendly and helpful when our reservation number wasn't popping up. They have a delicious buffet breakfast, a 13th floor onsen, and late night free ramen.

Outstanding service, very friendly multilingual staff, outstanding onsen available 19 hours each day, fairly close to Osaka Castle.

Great stay all well

The property was clean and walking distance from Osaka Castle. and I love the onsen and little extras they provide like the free ramen, yakult and icy poles. I definitely will be back

아침일찍부터 짐을 맡겨놓고 가족들과 놀다가 저녁에 체크인했네요. 짐은 객실에 미리 넣어주셨고, 시간은 조금 지체되었네요. 대욕탕은 매우 깔끔하게 잘 관리되고 있고, 저녁야식으로 라멘이 제공되었는데 맛있었네요. 애들은 휴게실의 아이스크림도 맘껏먹었구요. 다음날 아침일찍 체크아웃한게 아쉽네요. 며칠묵었으면 좋았을텐데 ㅎ 다니미치욘초메역 4번출구랑 가까워서 큰 부편없었어요.

They have onsen, so thats nice

The property is clean and staff are all Very polite and helpful. But the location is next to a fire or emergency station, and there was 2-3 alarms of the vehicles every night between 11pm - 6am. It affected my family sleep and we were a bit tired after the 5 nights there. The eating area is the same floor as the onsen and it is always busy with plenty of people walking about, going to eat, going to onsen, going to wash clothes, going to eat ice cream… And the nearest train is 450m away and with no elevator or lift, visitors need to find the lift 100m away … Don’t think it is an overall great stay. I love Dormy Inn… Stayed in Kyoto which was perfect. Osaka Dormy Inn not too great. And now going to Tokyo Dormy Inn

Nice hotel, good location. Near to the metro. Clean, spacious rooms. The bathrooms/ shower areas are small. People with tattoos are not allowed to use the spa even with coverings.
