The room is spacious considering the fact that it is Osaka. And the onsen facility and the free noodles at night is definitely a big plus when I pick the hotel.

Convenient location from subway. Also, there is a quick-mart (convenience store, may be a 7-11, I forgot the actual name of it) along the way from subway to the hotel. Also easy to hail taxi outside of the hotel when we need to go to the airport.
The onsen & the sauna are both really good. Also good changing room & the bath area next to onsen pools.
Last but not least, the ramen served at night was sooooo good that my sister ended up go for an encore (2nd bowl)!
Check-in process was also smooth -- mainly use the machine in front of the reception counter. Check-out was also fast. Hotel can keep our bags at the reception after check-out, which is very helpful for us to go around the city on our last day.
Reception staff does not know much about the Osaka one-day card, or train info for going to & from Kyoto though, and they are not fluent in English. So better just follow info on Google Map & search the Internet.

Maybe it's because the Premium requirement is a little bit higher. The hot water in the shower is not enough. In addition, it‘s not a double bed, but two single beds put together.
