The staff were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating. Their ‘no late check-in’ was a godsend due to our flights being canceled/redirected or delayed to Narita Airport instead Kansai International Airport.
I was easily able to communicate with them through the Expedia mobile app to confirm their check-in time.
2 travelers, 4 nights, 2 bed (corner) on the 4th floor. Nice view of small local houses and tall commercial buildings in the distance.
One con is that there are only 2 washer/dryer sets. If you happen to be staying during a busy holiday or with a large group for multiple nights, they may be inaccessible for a time. Thankfully, they were available from 12:00pm to 23:00. Be sure to get 100JPY coins and detergent (if you don’t have any) beforehand or from the front desk.
Our bathroom had a shower/tub, sink and toilet. The shower was plenty tall for anyone close to or just over 6’ or 183cm. The hot water is HOT.
Their breakfast foods were delicious and the staff very nice. The espresso was amazing.
10/10, would stay again.

The staff was excellent, and location was perfect and only and 8-10 minute walk to the Osaka loop ( which is the main loop for all of Osaka, I just wish they gave or had wash clothes with the towels they gave with the room, if you need or want one. Bring your own. Also it is right in Korea Town, so if you have the itch for anything Korean (food to be precise) you’ll be covered.

雖然距離車站有一段距離，但是附近很多商家，許多韓國小吃以及便宜的超市。旅館內部陳設非常新，乾淨且舒服，很推薦！

Room was comfortable, but a few things can be better. Wifi did not work half the time, which is problematic when I need to do work on my laptop. There is also not much space, and bathroom was very small. Reception was friendly but they couldn’t help me book a taxi to the airport.

綺麗なホテルでした。韓国の従業員の方が多かったです。快適に過ごせました。
ただ、最寄り駅から遠く、夜歩くのは大変でした。翌日はタクシーで駅まで向かいました。

Everything was fine BUT the raised bed platform is a hazard. My husband banged his left foot during the night and his foot has been swollen and sore for 2 days now. That is a very bad and dangerous set up. Otherwise the room and hotel are very nice.

新しくて綺麗なホテルでした。
朝食も良く、居心地も良かったです。
駅から少し遠いのがマイナス点ですが、鶴橋駅の喧騒から離れていて静かなことは逆に良い点かなと思います。
