Very small room for the price but we needed to be near the station for the night.

breakfast is awful I do not recommend buying breakfast in this hotel is a waste of money otherwise okay

Wry nice hotel with good amenities

The room was extremely small and very compact. The facilities were clean and modern. The location was ideal. Breakfast was less than desirable. Staff could not update my reservation with my Bonvoy #. I enjoyed my stay, but the surprised was a lot to process at first.

Dejavu, I stayed in the hotel under different hotel brand before but this hotel is better across the board!

Quiet and excellent location not far away from Osaka Umeda stations.Food a plenty in the vicinity. Room clean and comfortable and Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Will return to stay again when I'm in Osaka again

Hotel was in a good area and close to Osaka, Umeda and Shin-Osaka stations. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. Breakfast gave you a choice of 5 options that were all pretty good. Had some issues with temp. Once I figured out how to open the windows it was much better. It was 29 Celsius when I checked in and thermostat was tricky to work with. I’d stay here again.

For the price, it’s a very good place. Conveniently located to food and shopping. Room is clean, spacious for Japanese standard, some of the staff spoke good English and very helpful, will definitely stay there again next time.

Very close to Osaka train station, room was small but comfortable with view over the station. Breakfast was Japanese but good. So many malls and endless food options nearby. They only give you one small Japanese pillow.

Rooms little small but adequate. Worse thing was living out of the suitcases .we went with a twin room at 21sum which gives you an extra few squres to move

Lovely staff. Conveniently located. Lobby lights a bit sterile and bright, but, heck, better than dark and dingy

Really friendly staff and the hotel was really nice. Clean and really nice breath rooms. AC was good. It was also really close to nearby stations and malls. I would really recommend this place to anyone staying in Osaka!!

About the service zero points I asked front desk for 1 extra pillow They answered sorry we only provide with 1 pillow per bed so why don’t you use extra towels to make pillow Seriously 😳 Rooms were way small

The front desk staff were efficient and polite. Hotel is a 4-5 min walk from the bus terminal at the Umeda station with tons of eating places around and along the way. Hotel offers a lot of things- a station you can just take disposable razors, tooth brushes, shaving creams, etc if you forgot to pack them! Room has disposable slippers, a bathrobe, trouser press, iron, fridge, shoe polish, and other things for the business travelers. Only thing was that although the bathroom looked clean, it had a sweaty smell to it. But there was a bottle of odor freshener spray that you could use. Bed and sheets were clean, the mattress kinda on the firm side. Downstairs had a hotel restaurant, but I did not try there. All in all it was fine for my 1 night stay, and I would consider it again.

Great spot for a couple of nights.

Really close to Osaka Umeda station (5-6 min walk), which was very convenient. The oil was on the small side (to be expected) but had all of the essentials. Check-in and check-out was easy. All staff were friendly. I would recommend staying here if you want a basic, but great value stay.

No nonsense hotel. Great for price and very clean. Location was perfect for a stay in this area of Osaka
