Pretty good! Actually it’s not that far away from station. You could find 四条西口, keep going straight and turn left near subway station 九条. About 20 mins by foot. Also if you wanna go to 伏见稻荷大社, it’s 20 mins by foot.

可能是頭評？一般前台只有16:00到21:00有人在，但可以憑訂房編號和護照自助掃描入住（Check-In時間前不給進）。 旅館很新，據說剛開業一個月。所有的設施都非常新和一塵不染，是真的一塵不染。一樓有法式風格的交誼廳（無限量供應簡單的餅乾和沖泡式咖啡）和洗衣房（供應洗衣球），只是好像只有我在用 房間小而美，有微波爐、電磁爐、冰箱和小料理台，小餐桌和兩把椅子，乾濕分離的衛浴。 對比價格，可以說是無可挑剔，只是公共交通稍微沒那麼方便（距離能到四條河原町、清水寺等景點的九條車庫前站步行約400米） 總體而言，是滿意的入住，值得推薦。

Enorm mooi hotel met veel extra voorzieningen waar we van tevoren niet eens vanaf wisten. Denk aan gratis wassen, dagelijkse proeverij van Japanse dranken en onbeperkte koffie en thee beneden.

Excellent séjour, hôtel très propre avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse, nous reviendrons assurément.

Simply perfect! From the comfort of the rooms to the very friendly staff, it was a perfect stay to visit Kyoto! If we ever come back to Kyoto, be sure that we will stay here again.

Nice room, it had a fridge and microwave which came in handy. Very clean. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. Only a 10 min walk to the Station.

Very clean, polite staff, amazing shower and bathtub, comfortable bed. Location close to Kyoto Station but with not many ammenities close by.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The staff were great and very helpful. Located not far from lots of restaurants and other facilities. The television was all Japanese channels. An English speaking channel would have been nice. But this was compensated for by access to unlimited free quality tea and coffee. For the amount charged I give the Frambroise a 4.5 out of 5.

立地は少し不便ではありましたが、お部屋はとても綺麗で広め、気持ち良く過ごせました。

O e of the girls in the service counter denied some bottles of water for us she said that was onlyf for one day with out empathy not nice but everything else was good.

While it’s a do it yourself hotel, it’s really not bad at all. You get to do your laundry for free and there is a dining area that offers free coffee and tea. We got lucky with the staff that helped us out when requesting our Yamato transport and he stayed and helped us till the transport was completed.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Free coffee all day, and free laundry. Nifty kitchenette in our room, which we used a lot.

It a bad place to stay the staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. The only flaw I could find was the carpet had some stains, but over all a pretty clean place.
